Description
Well maintained house, approximately 100m2 of living space, with two bedrooms. Bedroom 1: a double bed.
Bedroom 2: twin beds. Living room with wood stove, cozy sitting area and TV-SAT antenna. Internet connection is available. Kitchen is equipped with glass ceramic field, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and kettle. Dishes and pots are abundant. The dining room is open to the kitchen
2 terraces, garden with table tennis and outdoor shower.
live on the property 4 lovable cats that do not come into the house. Once a day, they should be fed. Of course we provide the food available.

The house "La Loma" is 30km east of Malaga in Inshore
restaurants et. there are about 3km to village Almayate. After Torre del Mar
are there 5km.
The distance from the house to the beach is 1km. Almayate and Torre del Mar are part of Velez-Malaga.
Torre del Mar is a typical seaside resort on the Costa del Sol.
All possible shopping facilities are available.
A beautiful promenade with beach bars and restaurants
invite you to stroll.

La Loma is very suitable for the winter. There is a wood stove in the living room, but there is also the possibility to heat with gas or electric heaters.

Well met
We (2 persons) spent a lovely time in the house La Loma, in the garden and in the surroundings and enjoyed the relaxing peace.... We didn't want for anything. The communication with the nice landlord couple was always very uncomplicated and helpful. We would love to come back! Andreas & Marion from Berlin

Wonderful
This is the second time we have booked La Loma as a holiday home and again we are happy to have done nothing wrong. The house is wonderfully quiet, with fantastic views and every comfort. The nearby beaches, small towns and mountains offer a variety of activities. The "care" by family Linse and Rolf is friendly, competent and reliable. We will come again next year as we are so enthusiastic. Thank you for the wonderful two weeks on La Loma!

restful vacation
We (2 adults and one child) stayed at La Loma for 12 days. We were kindly welcomed in the evening by Rolf, the landlord's son, and taken to the holiday home. In case of any problems or questions, you can contact the landlords. The house is very nicely furnished and has everything necessary. It is only a few minutes' drive to Torre del Mar and you can also undertake many excursions. There are many dogs in the neighborhood which often "talk" to each other. All in all, the holiday home is highly recommended.

Immediately in love
We rented La Loma for 3 1/2 weeks because we were already excited based on the photos. The day of arrival was therefore exciting - but we immediately fell in love with La Loma. The location is great. Nice and quiet, but everything is within easy reach. Torre del Mar is on the doorstep and offers everything you need. We were thrilled by the peace and quiet around the house. The furnishings are clean, tidy and as good as new. The beds were already made and smelled heavenly fresh. We didn't miss anything during our holiday.
The cats are absolutely droll and do no work at all. They are not intrusive at all, but provide many a laugh
The two bedrooms are very large and have plenty of storage space for clothes, etc. The spiral staircase upstairs is very spacious. The spiral staircase upstairs is also easy to walk up.
In the laundry room you will find enough additional towels or blankets. Everything has been thought of.
All in all, the house and the garden are very well maintained and clean. The landlords are also very nice and helpful.
We were so in love at the end of the holiday that we have booked 2 x for 2019 - THAT SAYS IT ALL !!!!

Good way to spend the winter
This beautiful house is a good opportunity to escape the Central European winter.
This house is situated on a small hill, hence the name (la loma-the hill) and offers a beautiful view of the adjacent small valley. It is very quiet there. The amenities of a tourist environment are offered by Torre del Mar, about 5km away. But you can also escape the excesses of tourism very well in this house. People who love animals will feel very comfortable here.
I can only recommend this house and the very nice, but not intrusive landlords do the rest. They come about once a week and are very helpful.
