Quiet location in a residential area. The motorway is immediately accessible. Only 15 minutes to Bremen center. Not far from the highway at the Bremer Kreuz. Also Delmenhorst, Rotenburg Wümme Achim and Verden are easily accessible.

Weekend Getaway
We booked the guesthouse for a meeting with a total of 13 people to spend a weekend together. Unfortunately, towels and cutlery were only available for each person upon request. Despite our repeated reminders that we had so many people, there were not enough seating options and space for everyone in the kitchen, contrary to the landlord's announcement, so we needed to use chairs from the rooms and a bench from the hallway to squeeze everyone into the room. The grill mentioned on the website was allegedly not available, but was next to the garage in a dilapidated state and not usable. Shame. Some of the kitchen appliances were very dirty, and there were opened food items stored in the refrigerators. Apart from these and a few other minor deficiencies in the furnishings, the price/performance ratio of 25 euros per person per night is acceptable. However, on the day of departure, in the morning while we were still in the house, various unknown individuals suddenly stood in our hallway, having come in through a locked connecting door to the kitchen. It seems that one doesn't know who can freely roam through the house and rooms at any time, for example while one is away. It was a suspicious end to the weekend. For future gatherings, we will therefore look for a different property. Too bad.
