Description
Dream holiday in the midst of magnificent nature. Discover the variety of leisure activities the Fichtelgebirge has to offer during your visit.
Situated in Germany's smallest spa, the Luise holiday home (non-smoking), renovated by the beginning of 2014, with a large garden, offers everything for a relaxed family holiday. Awarded now 5 stars according to DTV classification (awarded in June 2017, renewed July 2020), it is fully equipped and can comfortably accommodate up to 5 people (more on request). There is a washing machine, a dryer, a new fitted kitchen (dishwasher, fridge with freezer, sufficient crockery/cutlery), microwave, TV with SAT, radio/CD/DVD and internet via WLAN. Unfortunately, there is no bread service available at the moment
On the ground floor there is the kitchen, a bright spacious living/dining room, a completely new bathroom (shower and WC) and an additional guest WC. The sleeping facilities are all on the 1st floor, including two bedrooms with double beds (two mattresses each 90cm wide and 200cm long) and the children's room with washbasin and French bed (1.40 m x 2.00 m).
Two travel cots (folding bed) are also available. For the terrace (accessible through bedroom 1) deck chairs, a barbecue etc. are available. Garage and parking space are also included

Our holiday home is located in the midst of quiet nature at the edge of the forest. A small supermarket and a Franconian inn are located in the centre of the village, and a forest swimming pool, which is open free of charge in summer, can be reached on foot within 5 minutes. Easy access by car via motorway A9 or A93 and main road 303. If you arrive by train via Marktredwitz train station, which is a 10-minute drive away, a pick-up service would be available on request.

Highly recommended
The holiday home is perfectly furnished. Very cosy and very clean. The Delling family is very nice and helpful. We have had many accommodations, but this was the best of all. The area is also very beautiful. Absolute peace and quiet is guaranteed. We can only recommend this accommodation. We should actually give it 6 stars.

Well-being house
For us , a family of four , the house was perfect. Quiet, very beautiful location. Ideal starting point for hiking to the rock labyrinth and to the Kösseine ( approx.960m mountain ). On warm days you can get to a forest bathing lake via a forest path (approx.500 m) behind the house and cool off. On wet days there are plenty of books and a large collection of games in the house
The house itself is really as beautiful as you can see in the pictures and was the cleanest holiday home we have visited in recent years. The landlords are very friendly and helpful.

Worth a trip!
Arriving, settling in, and the vacation could begin immediately.
The house has many amenities, is very clean, and equipped with everything needed for a relaxing vacation. The landlords are very friendly and helpful, resolving small and sure enough bigger problems immediately. With the extensive informational material, one is well equipped to get to know the very diverse region.
We can only recommend it.

Dream house in the Fichtelgebirge
This great holiday home is located directly at the forest and leaves nothing to be desired! Completely newly furnished from the bathroom to the kitchen, large living room and three spacious bedrooms and a huge roof terrace. Our dogs felt at home in the large garden. Very nice landlords who immediately organized the bread service and are very dedicated to their guests!
In conclusion: we will come back!
