Villa Mala is a charming little holiday home located in the west of the small town of Zavala (Plaža) on the south coast of the island of Hvar. Nearby is a very beautiful pebble beach on the wonderful clear Adriatic sea. The house is designed for 4 to 6 people. During your holiday you are completely undisturbed here, as the owners of the holiday home do not live on site during this time. Our guests can use Wi-Fi internet and also mooring for a boat.

Location and surroundings of object
During the summer the house is air-conditioned and during the cooler days there is also heating. The house is equipped with two bedrooms (1 double bed and 1 twin bedded room), a living room (with TV, DVD, radio) with a comfortable couch that can also be converted into a double bed and a dining room.
The kitchen is also fully equipped (cooker, dishwasher, freezer). The bathroom has a shower. Another special feature is the shower in the garden. There you can shower outside under the Croatian sun when you return from the beach. On the south side of the house is a large terrace with a sea view, where you can also enjoy the sun into the evening. In the mornings and afternoons, you can lie there protected by the shade of the surrounding trees; during the day, the existing awning offers you sufficient protection from the hot sun.
Villa Mala is situated in the middle of a shady pine forest, where you are protected from the greatest heat even during the hottest summer days. In the garden there is a beautiful outdoor stone barbecue where you can barbecue with your family or friends in the evenings. You can also use the cellar with washing machine.
Behind the house there is a private parking space for 2 cars. Zavala is one of the villages on the south coast of the island of Hvar, which is known for its special climate. In summer it hardly ever rains, but it is also never too hot because of the pleasant wind. There is no mass tourism and because of the narrow Pitve tunnel on the island, which cannot be passed by buses, Zavala is a quiet place to relax.
