In our alpine hut on the Ödenhof in Deutschnofen, in the midst of meadows and forests in a very beautiful and quiet location, you can spend your holiday undisturbed!
As there is only one holiday flat, the house is all yours, you will not be disturbed by any other guests and can find peace and relaxation! The flat extends over two floors and offers space for 4 people. On the ground floor there is an eat-in kitchen, a living room and a bathroom. The cosy kitchen-living room is furnished with a nice dining area and a new fully equipped fitted kitchen and thanks to the wood cooker you can enjoy cosy warmth there. In the living room you will find a pull-out sofa, a small library and board games, as well as SAT-TV, DVD and radio. The bathroom is equipped with WC, shower, washbasin, cupboard, washing machine and fresh hand and shower towels. On the upper floor are the two bedrooms. The adult bedroom is newly furnished and has a double bed, a large wardrobe and a large mirror. Bed linen is also provided. The second bedroom is also new and also child-friendly furnished, there are two single beds, a wardrobe and a baby cot on request. For the children many extras: changing mat, table child seat, a cot, children's tableware and various, nice children's and family games. For your outdoor relaxation, there is a large lawn with a direct view of the mountains, deck chairs, a nice wooden seating set, various games and a sandbox for the children. Games and a sandbox are available for the children.

Deutschnofen is situated on a high plateau, surrounded by the mountain massifs of the Sciliar, Catinaccio and Latemar to the east and the Zanggen, Schwarzhorn and Weißhorn to the south, the view to the west falls on the Mendel Mountains. Ideal conditions for mountain lovers!

| the local tax was introduced in South Tyrol in 2014. It is levied by the accommodation establishments. The amount is 1.75 cents per guest and overnight stay for persons over 14 years of age. Children and young people under 14 are exempt from the tax. The local tax is due on departure, is shown separately on the invoice and is in addition to the rental price. The revenue from the local tax is used for the expansion and maintenance of infrastructures and services, as well as for the organisation of cultural and sporting events. In addition, from 2021 there will be the free Guest Pass Eggental for our guests, with which they can use public transport free of charge and without restriction during their stay - in the Eggental and throughout South Tyrol! |

We are looking forward to your visit, and you are certainly looking forward to your vacation. However, a lot can happen before your arrival and during your vacation! You can cancel with us free of charge up to 10 months before arrival. From 10 months to 2 months before arrival, we charge 20% of the travel price. From 2 months to 2 weeks before arrival, we charge 50% of the travel price. Within the last 2 weeks before arrival, the cancellation fee is 100% of the booking price. Due to Corona, we have very flexible cancellation conditions: if arrival is not possible due to travel restrictions, or if you are in officially ordered quarantine, you can of course cancel free of charge and we will refund your deposit.

Wonderful!
We had 2 fantastic weeks and will definitely go back, then it has to be 3 weeks!
Everyone has already written about the wonderful location and how the house was so spotless that just sitting on the bench is enough; what more can be added? Our dog was also just happy!
On the Eggental website, you can book interesting events and guided tours in advance. From the dumpling course to a private tour at the Fromme Hof. Highly recommended!

This holiday home is remarkable. It starts with the location: alone in a meadow, framed by woods with a magnificent view of Latemar and Rosengarten, you can rest on the lounger and watch the deer grazing 50 metres away. This does not mean that you are cut off from civilisation. A few kilometres away is Deutschnofen with shopping facilities, restaurants and bus stops. These are important, because the Ödenhof is the ideal starting point for excursions to the Rosengarten, Latemar, Zanggenberg, Schwarzhorn, Weißhorn or even to Bolzano. And you can leave your car at home, because as a guest at the Ödenhof you receive a free Guest Card for all public transport in South Tyrol! Be sure to use it! The cottage really lacks nothing. The furnishings are as good as new and tasteful. On the kitchen table we were immediately greeted by a few nice attentions! You are welcome and you notice that at second glance. From the lovingly designed welcome folder with detailed useful information, to the small library, the well-stocked local brochures, hiking maps and guides, the completely coherent kitchen equipment (no hodgepodge of discarded utensils, as you sometimes find), to the ABSOLUTE cleanliness - everything was geared towards us guests. You got the illusion of being the very first tenant! Great! This holiday home is remarkable.

A dream cottage
Our holiday at the Ödenhof was great all along the line. The house is tastefully furnished and lacks nothing. The house is a jewel for those seeking peace and quiet. Here you are completely undisturbed and yet not cut off from civilisation (town 3 kilometres away). The view of the Dolomites is sensational
The landlords are very friendly, helpful and generous.
