Holiday flat Zwölfer

If you are looking for the charm of an original Walser house, you are in the right place!
Enjoy the warmth and security that our wooden house radiates and the fantastic view of the Walser mountains from the most beautiful and sunny spot in Bödmen, a district of Mittelberg.

Our holiday flat is excellently maintained, lovingly furnished and very cosy.

The flat "Zwölfer" is 40m² in size, ideal for 2 people, has a separate bedroom with separate living room, small kitchen with fully equipped kitchenette (coffee maker, kettle, toaster, etc.), large bathroom with shower/WC and window, satellite TV, free WiFi, south-east facing balcony where you can enjoy the wonderful view for hours and a free carport parking space.

In the summer season, as a Bödmerhof guest, you can ride up and down all mountain railways for free, as often as you like.

The surroundings of our house are just the way everyone wants them to be:
quiet, sunny, surrounded by meadows and fields, unobstructed views, ideal for relaxing and unwinding, as well as plenty of things to do in the immediate vicinity:

In winter, you can strap on your skis behind the house and go directly to the cable car via 2 ski lifts.
For those who want to enjoy the snow and sun without skis, a well-developed winter hiking trail network starts right outside the front door.

The immediate proximity to nature is also ideal in summer for walks, hikes, mountain and mountain bike tours directly from our house.
