Your flat is located approx. 5 km from Eckernförde in the municipality of Windeby
in the district of Kochendorf and offers enough space and comfort for 2 adults and a child.

It is an open living room, bedroom and kitchen, a separate hallway and the bathroom with shower.

The comfortable living area is equipped with a large LCD flat screen TV.
Furthermore, you can have DSL access here free of charge via WLAN (Wifi).

The holiday flat is fully equipped.
The kitchen leaves nothing to be desired for your culinary independence.
Outside, there is a well-equipped terrace,
which offers you the possibility to end your day in peace
You are welcome to use the adjacent carport to store your bicycles or car. Otherwise you can use an extra parking
Parking space, which is located directly in front of the terrace.
The flat is ideal for dog owners, as it is located on the outskirts of the village and an approx. 1500-metre-long circular path invites you for a short walk.

The flat is located in a small side street and is part of a detached house. It is built into a slope so that the cellar area can be seen from the street.
Your holiday flat is located in this area with a separate entrance. The terrace in front of it closes off your area comfortably. Your flat is located about 5 km from Eckernförde in the municipality of Windeby in the district of Kochendorf and offers enough space and comfort for 2 adults and a child. In less than 5 minutes you are already in Eckernförde and can enjoy the town with everything it has to offer.
The village of Kochendorf stands on historical ground. The eastern part of the Danewerk once ran through it. This was the largest defensive wall in northern Europe between 800 and 1000 AD.

Gladly again!

A beautiful vacation week is behind us. We were able to explore the beautiful nature on foot or by car and learn interesting things. Mr. Schulz is a friendly and helpful host. We felt comfortable in the vacation apartment with our Lilo. The fact that not everything is "brand new" was not a drawback for us. In the evenings, we sat comfortably on the sofa by candlelight. Otherwise, everything we needed was available.

Not recommended!

1. The apartment is worn and unclean. Light switch defective, ceiling spotlight only works partially, out of 4 lamps only 1 works!
2. Pillows, top and bottom bedding stained. We bought new ones to avoid having to leave.
3. Shelves and nightstands dirty, storage boxes on the shelves stained and dusty. There is no wardrobe, so you have to use these boxes and shelves. We had to clean them thoroughly first. Blinds on the built-in side window to the shed are stuck.
5. Terrace dirty, flower bed not planted / full of weeds and grill totally dirty.
7. The shown photos do not correspond to reality.

Einige machen halt nur Urlaub, um solche Kommentare schreiben zu können. Das wurde uns es schnell klar, als die Gäste abreisten.
Wir hatten von Anfang an einen schlechten Kontakt zu den Mietern, wie schon lange nicht mehr. Nichts konnte man ihnen recht machen. An allem wurde kritisiert. Es wurde sehr penibel auf Deatails wert gelegt. Das Appartement ist so konzipiert, dass wir Regalboxen statt einem Kleiderschrank bevorzugt hatten.
Die Gäste führten einen Hund mit. Bei der Reinigung der Wohnung mussten wir aufgrund des unangenehmen Tiergruchs einen speziellen Fleisenreiniger verwenden, um den Geruch herauszubekommen.
Technische Probleme wurden unsererseits erläutert, aber Erklärungen nicht angenommen.
Mieter, die sich keiner gern wünscht.

Two of us plus a pug were able to spend our holiday here. The flat is so cosy, has a comfortable bed, a great couch and a new kitchen. Everything we need is there and the landlords are so nice that we could even send our suitcase by post. We will come again thank you

Solide kleine Ferienwohnung

We felt very comfortable in the nice little vacation apartment. Price-performance ratio is right. Everything is available. Very friendly landlords, directly in the house. Highly recommended for vacationers with dogs. From the apartment, very beautiful hiking trails lead into the wonderful surroundings. We would love to come back. Eckernförde can be reached quickly by car.

Some people should not rent out.

The accommodation corresponds to the pictures, is really clean and well-equipped. However, the landlords should think it over again. We had booked until Friday, the 21st October, and were already informed on Wednesday that the carport, which adjoined our apartment directly, would be demolished on Friday around 7:30, and it would be correspondingly loud. We accepted this because we were planning to leave anyway. On Thursday, we came back from the beach and our terrace had been rearranged. The garbage bins were on it and we were informed that we would have to move our car in the evening. Our car didn't fit on this parking lot at all!!! Then the noise started. The preliminary work began, and it wouldn't have been a nice quiet evening. That's why we packed up and left. The apartment itself cannot be criticized, but the attitude of the landlords towards the guests. In all these years, I have never felt so unwelcome anywhere.

Nach all den vielen Vermietungen war eines für uns immer besonders wichtig. Der persönliche Kontakt zu unseren Mietern. Das hieß für uns bisher immer für unsere Urlaubsgäste da zu sein. Gleich zu Anfang wiesen wir in diesem Fall unsere Mieter auf den Umstand hin, dass durch eine Modernisierungsmaßnahme am Tage ihrer Abreise ( Abreisezeit bis 10:00 Uhr ) bereits ab 07:30 Uhr Baulärm entstehen könne. Der Baubeginn wurde extra auf den Tag der Abreise gelegt, um den Aufenthalt unserer Gäste nicht zu stören. Zwischendurch hatte ich nochmal nachgefragt, ob alles soweit gefällt und in Ordnung ist, was positiv beschieden wurde. Mein Eindruck war jedoch, dass ich die Mieter, wenn sie von mir angesprochen wurden, stören würde. Sie waren stets sehr kurz angebunden, was ja auch persé nicht schlimm ist. Das Wetter war sehr bescheiden. Es hatte fast nur geregnet.
Einen Tag vor der Abreise wurden von uns Vorbereitungsmaßnahmen für den Folgetag vorgenommen, die darin bestanden, dass der Efeu zurückgeschnitten und das Carport entleert wurde. Die Mieter waren während dieser Arbeiten nicht anwesend. Auf der vor der Wohnung liegenden Terasse sollten vorübergehend bis Freitagnachmittag die Mülltonnen abgestellt werden. Angesichts der Witterungslage ( 10 Grad / Regen ) sahen wir da keinen Hinderungsgrund.
Als die Mieter dann erschienen, wurden sie von mir höflich gefragt, ob es ihnen was ausmachen würde, ihr Auto einen Parkplatz weiter zu benutzen, da ihr Stellplatz für den nächsten Tag gebraucht wird. Dieser ist auch für größere Pkw geeignet. Auch hier hatte ich nicht den Eindruck, dass das nach allgemeiner Lebenserfahrung irgendwie zu viel verlangt wäre. Zumal wir stets auf Höflichkeit bedacht sind. Die Arbeiten endeten an dem Vortag der Abreise gegen 15:30 Uhr, da nun die Mieter da waren und es zu keinen Störungen kommen sollte. Zu unser großen Überraschung waren diese aber ohne ein Wort unvermittelt abgereist. Zunächst hatten wir uns dabei nichts gedacht. Erst als wir die Rezension gelesen hatten, wussten wir warum.
Ein Mietverhältnis einzugehen basiert stets auf gegenseitigen Vertrauen und Respekt. Daraus ergibt sich auch , dass man im Falle eines Mangels den Mut haben sollte, das persönliche Gespräch zu suchen, um Probleme von Mensch zu Mensch klären zu können. Jeder Vermieter weiß was hiermit gemeint ist.
Bei all unseren bisherigen Vermietungen gab es nie solche Probleme. Eine Rezension zu schreiben, mit einer solchen Überschrift, sollte sich nur der erlauben, der den Mut und Anstand gehabt hat, Probleme/Mängel persönlich anzusprechen. Und wer diesen Mut nicht hat, sollte es lieber sein lassen, zur Tastatur zu greifen. Wir wünschen den Mietern für ihre zukünftigen Buchungen alles Gute...
