The summer home of Erwin and Anna Imwinkelried- Simondi located in the south of Piedmont, 60 kilometers from Savona, on one of the many rolling hills in the land of Barolo, the hazelnut cake, and countless culinary and cultural specialties and peculiarities.
For more than 15 years experience and the family enjoys here in rural tranquility summertime and dreams of making available to this house and its lovely loyal nature one day guests.

Dream house
What a fantastic house, we enjoyed it so much here. The rooms are spacious and bright, everything is colorfully decorated and a dream pool. Not big but more than enough to cool off with a great view! In the evenings, you definitely have to sit there because looking at the stars from a lounge chair by the pool in the dark is fantastic, it really feels like you're on vacation. The supermarket is indeed 15 minutes down the hill or otherwise to the charming town of Canelli with its Friday market and bakeries. Also, a tip is to walk to the village tower for 10 minutes and have a bite to eat at the restaurant with a panoramic view.
Mrs. Simondi is also a great hostess, very quick and good contact via the app, thinks along and is very helpful.
All in all, I slept less well the last night than the previous nights, as if the house didn't want to let us go.
We definitely hope to come back again?

Perfect time out
This little oasis took us completely out of the stress of everyday life and work. Far away from the hectic hustle and bustle, we were able to relax perfectly. The landscape around the cottage is fantastically beautiful
The pool not only offered us refreshing cooling in the high temperatures, but it was also wonderful to end the evening there with a delicious local wine
The house surprised with a feel-good ambience due to the warm and authentic furnishings

Charming
We stayed in this charming house for 2 weeks. It was dreamlike! It is a very lonely place, but that was perfect for us! The daily routine was quickly gone and we felt like we were in paradise! The pool is great fun and you don't want to leave!
The house has everything you need and a great Italian charm! You don't feel like you're in a holiday home, you feel like you're staying with friends!

Pure relaxation in the countryside
We wanted a quiet and relaxing holiday and we were able to fully enjoy it here. The house is very nice, we had complete peace and quiet, but the other part of the house was not used during our stay. Because most of the windows face the courtyard, it is very secluded and private. The private pool is wonderful, everything is well maintained and above all clean.
The kitchen is well equipped. The bathrooms are a bit small, but that was fine for us. The layout of the bedrooms is good if you use the gallery as a path. The room with two single beds is only accessible from the inside through the room with the double bed.
The house is also ideal if you just want to laze around. We were lucky that the figs were just ripening and so we could enrich our breakfast with fresh figs directly from the garden.
The area is lovely, you can hike, cycle, it's a little over an hour's drive to the beach at the sea. The villagers are very nice. Piedmont is a wonderful area.
For our smaller challenges in the house (changing the gas bottle, a small problem with the pool, where to dispose of the rubbish) the landlord is always quickly available and takes care of all our needs.
We can only recommend this place.
