The comfortable villa has 210 qm and is situated hillside - 40 m above sea level - and boasts a breathtaking panoramic view of the sea and the Aegean island landscape from each one of the rooms and from the garden area. From here, you can admire the sunsets over the Turkish Aegean coast, the most beautiful of the region according to Wikipedia. The detached house is in a nice residence and has its own pool (10 x 3,5 m). The villa has been tastefully furnished in a modern style. It offers accommodations for up to six people, with 3 bedrooms, all with a private bathroom. The southwest-facing, open living room with panoramic windows is perfect for relaxing. A large, partially-covered terrace lies in front of the house, while on the upper level there is a spacious covered balcony. The house offers all amenities: air conditioning, wireless internet access, and a flat-screen TVs with satellite reception. There is a fireplace and central heating for winter holidays.

The city of Turgutreis is about 3 km south of Kadikalesi. If you're looking for a beach vacation or a party, you're sure to get your money's worth here. Turgutreis is the second-largest city on the western part of the peninsula, after Bodrum. It offers numerous large supermarkets and specialist stores, as well as restaurants and cafés. Exclusive boutiques are located around the new marina, and on Saturdays, Turgutreis hosts the largest farmers' market in the entire peninsula. Departing from Turgutreis, you can take day tours to various Greek islands or embark on a boat and beach journey along the Turkish coast.
The town of Gümüslük is two kilometres to the north, which is famous for the excavations of the ancient city of Mynos, as well as for its many fish restaurants. Regular classical music concerts are held here in summer.
Bodrum, a city 15 kilometres away, sometimes called 'Turkey's Saint-Tropez', is a charming little city with plenty of flair. It offers numerous tourist attractions, from its important archaeological sites to its many shopping options and a vibrant nightlife. A visit to the crusader castle and the excavation sites of the Mausoleum of Halicarnassus, one of the wonders of the ancient world, is practically a must.
There are many accessible bays and beaches on the peninsula. The conditions are ideal for sailing, surfing, and all kinds of water sports. Touring boats are perfect for day excursions along the coast. The world-famous ancient excavation of Ephesus, Miletus and Didyma, as well as the rock-cut tombs of Dalyan, can all be seen on a day trip. The Safir villa is located in the small village Kadikalesi on the Bodrum Peninsula. To the long sandy beach it is 300m and to the village center about 250m. Because the hillside location of our two houses - 40 m above sea level - you can enjoy a fantastic view over the sea and the Aegean Islands. In addition to the Greek islands of Kos and Kalymnos, you can discover up to 12 other islands, depending on weather conditions!

Beautiful view / very private
We spent a very quiet and beautiful 3 weeks in the villa and were thrilled from the beginning.
Everything is exactly as in the pictures. The view is simply beautiful
We will definitely come back.

Alles war Prima!
We stayed for 10 days in Villa Safira A7. It is modern, spacious, very clean and well equipped. The view from the window and the garden is fantastic. We enjoyed to wake up seeing the sea from the bed and to observe the sunsets from the garden.
The house is in gated community, the neighbourhood feels very safe and well cared of.
We recommend to have a car to get better exposure to Bodrum beaches and nearby villages. It is only 3 min drive to the nearest beach and 10 min to Turgutries, where are more restaurants, travel agencies, shops, ferries to Greece. If you the drive 10 mins the othee direction there is hippie village with many cosy restaurants.
We found the house same as on the photos.

Beautiful Villa
Just spent a great week at this villa. Its location high on a hill overlooking the village and ocean made this a great place for just relaxing by the pool. Felt like a home rather than a holiday home, with everything you need for a stay. And when we did manage to drag ourselves away from the pool, the little village is friendly and there are enough eating options to keep you happy. Perfect!

Relaxation with a panoramic view
Who wouldn't want to start the day with a panoramic view of the Turkish Aegean and the Greek islands and enjoy the sunset over the sea with a glass of wine? This holiday home leaves nothing to be desired: tasteful, modern furnishings; excellent facilities; helpful and reliable service. Our children especially loved the swimming fun in the pool. We had a very relaxing holiday. Many thanks to the Weber family.
