we are pleased about your interest in our holiday home, the villa "La vie est belle. . . ! ", in Cavalaire sur Mer. Our house is always well booked, there are only a few dates left in 2026. Think about 2027 already! The house is built in Provençal style and is located on a secluded, well-kept property with lush Mediterranean vegetation. Privacy in the house, garden, and pool is guaranteed. Ideal for holidays as a couple, with family, or friends.

Villa \"La vie est !\" is located 1300m from the main street in the hills of Cavalaire. La Rue Jean de Florette is a quiet street situated in the \"Domaine Villa Bella\".
The next shop, bakery and Restaurant you reach in 3 minutes drinving distance and 15 min. foot walk. Beaches:
The beache of Cavalaire extends over 8km, thereof are 4km fine sandy beach.
“Residence Beach” furnished beach, excellent beach restaurant, german-speaking owners.
“Pardigon beach” free beach, well-tended, chargeable parking, WC, lifeguards.
Shopping:
Many little shops at the harbour and in the village and a big supermarket named „Carrefour“ are the possibilities you have in Cavalaire. Cheaper with even a bigger offer (especially fish and sea-fruits) is „Geant“ at the crossways of Gassin.

Port Grimaud –the french Venice – was constructed at 1966 from the French architect Francois Spoerry. He realized the dream of a boat-wharf in front of the door. Meanwhile Port Grimaud developed an idyllic fishing village.

Trip through the chestnut and oak tree forest till Collobrières very peaceful village, try there some chestnut-mousse and the delicious honey.
Visit the castle of Grimaud up there you have an overwhelming view on the bay, also do a little walk through the little village Grimaud.
Trips along the Cote d\'Azur:
Grasse – the birthplace of perfume, do a walk through the historic centre and visit the museum of Fragonard where alluring fragrances surround you and you can also buy perfume there quite cheap.
Aix en provence – university town, well-known by the artist Paul Cézanne, beautiful fontains, shady alleys, large places, elegant city, try the world-famous „Callissons“-a sweet speciality made with marzipan.
Poquerolles, Ile Port Cros, Ile de Levant –are a little group of islands in front of Hyéres, also named „L’Iles d’Or“.
To get there take a ferry from Hyéres or Le Lavandou, or little daytrip-boats directly from Cavalaire harbor.

About us
We come from Austria, more precisely from Westendorf in Tyrol, have three grown-up children and three grandchildren.
For 30 years, with a few interruptions, we have come to know and love Cavalaire and the surrounding area as a holiday destination.
During our first stay in Port Grimaud, we already preferred the beach of Cavalaire because of its fine sand and the distinctive bay, which invites you to go for a walk.
In the summer of 2013, we rented a holiday home in Cavalaire again to spend our holidays there with the whole family and finally to realise our long-awaited dream: " a house on the Cote d'Azur ! "
We had read so many novels and experience reports from people who had already taken this step before us.
We were curious to see how we would fare and approached our new phase of life with a great deal of joy.
The lady from whom we bought the house said:
"Happiness was always at home here!" - "Un lieu de bonheur!"
In the meantime, we already have many regular guests.
And so we wish you a pleasant stay and a relaxing, unforgettable holiday!

Dream house with a great view
The villa La vie est belle is a dream location!
The house, the property, the view, the pool... everything matches the description and we really liked it.
We have rented many beautiful holiday homes in this category, but this house is special
and furnished with a lot of love for detail. You can tell that this house is also used by the owners and is not just a rental property. The complete furnishings (whether furniture, bed linen, towels, dishes, kitchen equipment...) are super harmonious. Everything harmonizes and is perfectly coordinated in maritime colors. Everything necessary for the beach stay is also sufficiently available (beach loungers, sun umbrella, beach mats...). The location of the property is optimal. One has a great view of the sea from almost all rooms, as well as from the terrace and the pool area. The entire property is very well maintained and beautifully planted.
We will definitely come back.

Dreamlike location, perfect house, and extraordinary hosts
We had a completely wonderful stay and would book this holiday home again at any time.
The house exactly matches the description. The location is wonderfully quiet and perfect for unwinding, yet you can reach the town or the beach by car in 5–10 minutes. The nearest beach can be reached on foot in about 20 minutes. Especially nice is that the property is actually not visible from the outside, allowing you to enjoy the garden and pool completely undisturbed. The contact with the landlords was exceptionally warm and helpful. Since we traveled with a dog and a friend with limited mobility, we were sent individual photos of the fence and steps even before booking. We have never experienced such service before.
Before our arrival, we received all the important information. The personal welcome letter and the bottle of wine made us very happy. We can also highly recommend the laundry package. The house was very clean, tastefully furnished, and the kitchen was well equipped. We lacked nothing. We can recommend this holiday home without reservation and would love to come back!

Dream vacation on the Côte d'Azur
The perfect place to relax. A beautiful house in a dream location. The house is well-maintained, very clean, and very nicely furnished,
everything is color-coordinated, the garden and the pool invite you to relax.

Wonderful holiday home
We were guests at the Wallner family's beautiful holiday home and really enjoyed the week. Good amenities, quiet and secluded location with a beautiful view, the garden with pool is absolutely stunning. We have already booked again and are looking forward to our next stay in October!

Dream House
Thank you very much to the Wallner family for this wonderful holiday home, which you would rather never leave. The kitchen is a dream, very well equipped, with a view of the sea. Everything is very bright and friendly, great beds. The garden and the pool are very well maintained. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, where you feel very comfortable. It takes 15 minutes to walk to Cavalaire. We have already booked again.

Das Haus , das Grundstück, der Ausblick, der Pool ...alles entpricht der Beschreibung und hat uns super gefallen.
Wir haben schon viele schöne Ferienhäuser dieser Kategorie gemietet aber dieses Haus ist besonders
und mit ganz viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Man merkt dass dieses Haus auch von den Besitzern genutzt wird und kein reines Vermietungsobjekt ist.
Die kommplette Einrichtung ( ob Möbel, Bettwäsche, Handtücher,Geschirr, Küchenausstattung...) ist super stimmig.
Alles harmoniert und ist farblich perfekt in maritimen Tönen aufeinander abgestimmt.
Auch für den Strandaufenthalt ist alles ausreichend vorhanden (Strandliegen , Sonnenschirm , Strandmatten...)
Die Lage des Grundstücks ist optimal. Man hat fast von fast allen Zimmern,wie auch von der Terasse und der Poolaerea einen super schönen Ausblick auf das Meer.
Das gesamte Grundstück ist sehr gepflegt und schön bepflanzt.
Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.
Das Haus entspricht genau der Beschreibung. Die Lage ist herrlich ruhig und perfekt zum Abschalten, trotzdem ist man mit dem Auto in 5–10 Minuten im Ort oder am Strand. Zu Fuß erreicht man den nächsten Strand in etwa 20 Minuten. Besonders schön ist, dass das Grundstück tatsächlich nicht einsehbar ist und man Garten und Pool ganz ungestört genießen kann.
Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war außergewöhnlich herzlich und hilfsbereit. Da wir mit Hund und einem gehbeeinträchtigten Freund gereist sind, wurden uns schon vor der Buchung individuelle Fotos von Zaun und Stufen geschickt. So einen Service haben wir noch nie erlebt.
Vor der Anreise erhielten wir alle wichtigen Informationen. Der persönliche Willkommensbrief und die Flasche Wein haben uns sehr gefreut. Das Wäschepaket können wir ebenfalls nur empfehlen.
Das Haus war sehr sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und die Küche bestens ausgestattet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir können dieses Ferienhaus uneingeschränkt empfehlen und kommen sehr gerne wieder!
Farblich alles stimmig, der Garten und der Pool laden zum Entspannen ein.
Wir haben alles sehr genossen und freuen uns auf den nächsten Urlaub dort.
Die Lage der Villa und der Blick aufs Meer vorallem von der Terasse und vom Pool aus sind traumhaft. Der Garten ist schön groß und sehr gepflegt. Der Pool hat eine perfekte Größe und die Wasserqualität ist hervorragend. Auch die Poolheizung war so gut, dass wir im November jeden Tag im Pool waren. Die Reinigung des Pools sowie die Absprache war einfach perfekt!
Wir haben wieder mal zwei entspannte und wunderschöne Wochen im Haus verbracht. Wir sind zum zweiten mal zu Gast bei Familie Wallner und kommen nächstes Jahr wieder. Es gibt so viele schöne Ausflugsziele in der Umgebung. An jeden Tag kann man was Neues sehen und erleben. Einfach eine unglaublich schöne Gegend.
Herzlichen Dank für unsere traumhaften Urlaubsmomente. Eine schöne und saubere Unterkunft machen einen Urlaub einfach perfekt!
Alles hat genau der Beschreibung entsprochen. Das Haus ist wunderschön und sehr hochwertig ausgestattet (super bequeme Betten!). Besonders gut hat uns der wirklich große Pool, der schöne Garten und die ruhige Lage, mit dem Traumblick auf das Meer, gefallen. Die Aussicht ist einfach fantastisch!!! Die Kommunikation mit Fr. Wallner war super nett und alles hat reibungslos geklappt.
Wir können das Haus nur empfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

So was von schön! Super schönes Haus mit allem Komfort, tolle Vermieterin, geniale ruhige Lage. Und dann dieses tolle Interieur der Villa, so hell, so mediteran, freundlich, liebevoll und und und …. Ich könnte noch ganz viele Details aufzählen…. Und picobello sauber geputzt, wir konnten uns von der ersten Sekunde an wohlig einrichten und mussten nicht zuerst noch irgendwelche Reinigungsarbeiten vornehmen und wir konnten vom ersten Augenblich an unseren Urlaub geniessen! Tja, und genau das haben wir dann auch getan. Wir kommen wieder in dieses wunderbare Haus.
