Dear guests,
we are pleased about your interest in our holiday home, the villa "La vie est belle. . . ! ", in Cavalaire sur Mer. Our house is always well booked, there are only a few dates left in 2026. Think about 2027 already! The house is built in Provençal style and is located on a secluded, well-kept property with lush Mediterranean vegetation. Privacy in the house, garden, and pool is guaranteed. Ideal for holidays as a couple, with family, or friends.

Villa \"La vie est !\" is located 1300m from the main street in the hills of Cavalaire. La Rue Jean de Florette is a quiet street situated in the \"Domaine Villa Bella\".
The next shop, bakery and Restaurant you reach in 3 minutes drinving distance and 15 min. foot walk. Beaches:
The beache of Cavalaire extends over 8km, thereof are 4km fine sandy beach.
“Residence Beach” furnished beach, excellent beach restaurant, german-speaking owners.
“Pardigon beach” free beach, well-tended, chargeable parking, WC, lifeguards.
Shopping:
Many little shops at the harbour and in the village and a big supermarket named „Carrefour“ are the possibilities you have in Cavalaire. Cheaper with even a bigger offer (especially fish and sea-fruits) is „Geant“ at the crossways of Gassin.

Port Grimaud –the french Venice – was constructed at 1966 from the French architect Francois Spoerry. He realized the dream of a boat-wharf in front of the door. Meanwhile Port Grimaud developed an idyllic fishing village.
St. Tropez:

Trip through the chestnut and oak tree forest till Collobrières very peaceful village, try there some chestnut-mousse and the delicious honey.
Visit the castle of Grimaud up there you have an overwhelming view on the bay, also do a little walk through the little village Grimaud.
Trips along the Cote d\'Azur:
Grasse – the birthplace of perfume, do a walk through the historic centre and visit the museum of Fragonard where alluring fragrances surround you and you can also buy perfume there quite cheap.
Aix en provence – university town, well-known by the artist Paul Cézanne, beautiful fontains, shady alleys, large places, elegant city, try the world-famous „Callissons“-a sweet speciality made with marzipan.
Poquerolles, Ile Port Cros, Ile de Levant –are a little group of islands in front of Hyéres, also named „L’Iles d’Or“.
To get there take a ferry from Hyéres or Le Lavandou, or little daytrip-boats directly from Cavalaire harbor.

About us
We come from Austria, more precisely from Westendorf in Tyrol, have three grown-up children and three grandchildren.
For 30 years, with a few interruptions, we have come to know and love Cavalaire and the surrounding area as a holiday destination.
During our first stay in Port Grimaud, we already preferred the beach of Cavalaire because of its fine sand and the distinctive bay, which invites you to go for a walk.
In the summer of 2013, we rented a holiday home in Cavalaire again to spend our holidays there with the whole family and finally to realise our long-awaited dream: " a house on the Cote d'Azur ! "
We had read so many novels and experience reports from people who had already taken this step before us.
We were curious to see how we would fare and approached our new phase of life with a great deal of joy.
The lady from whom we bought the house said:
"Happiness was always at home here!" - "Un lieu de bonheur!"
In the meantime, we already have many regular guests.
And so we wish you a pleasant stay and a relaxing, unforgettable holiday!

Wonderful holiday home
We were guests at the Wallner family's beautiful holiday home and really enjoyed the week. Good amenities, quiet and secluded location with a beautiful view, the garden with pool is absolutely stunning. We have already booked again and are looking forward to our next stay in October!

Dream House
Thank you very much to the Wallner family for this wonderful holiday home, which you would rather never leave. The kitchen is a dream, very well equipped, with a view of the sea. Everything is very bright and friendly, great beds. The garden and the pool are very well maintained. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, where you feel very comfortable. It takes 15 minutes to walk to Cavalaire. We have already booked again.

Dream house with soul
What a beautiful vacation. The villa is spacious, very well-maintained, clean, and incredibly comfortably furnished. The kitchen is a dream. We felt at home there from the very first moment.
The location of the villa and the view of the sea, especially from the terrace and the pool, are breathtaking. The garden is nicely large and very well-kept. The pool is the perfect size and the water quality is excellent. The pool heating was also so good that we were in the pool every day in November. The cleaning of the pool and the communication were simply perfect!
We spent another two relaxed and beautiful weeks in the house. We are guests of the Wallner family for the second time and will come back next year. There are so many beautiful places to visit in the area. Every day you can see and experience something new. Simply an incredibly beautiful region.
A heartfelt thank you for our dream vacation moments. A beautiful and clean accommodation makes a vacation simply perfect!

Dream vacation
We were able to spend two unforgettable weeks in the holiday home of the company Wallner. Everything corresponded exactly to the description. The house is beautiful and very high quality (super comfortable beds!). We particularly liked the really large pool, the beautiful garden, and the quiet location with the dream view of the sea. The view is simply fantastic!!! The communication with Mrs. Wallner was super nice and everything went smoothly.
We can only recommend the house and would come back anytime.

A house to fall in love with
A very lovingly furnished house and very nice hosts. It completely met our expectations. The house is quietly situated on a hill with a view of the sea. No shopping facilities in the immediate vicinity. A car is recommended.
