The Apartment is situated inside the Residence Kormorano a large complex of fifty apartments in the town of Malcesine on the east coast of Lake Garda.
The residence is surrounded by tipical olive trees, is 1 km from the center of the town and 1,5 km from the beach. Malcesine is a little town situated on the north - east coast of the lake garda .
It is on two floors; on the first kitchen, living room and a bath room. At the second there is two double-room, a single bed-room and a bath room. Every floors have one balcony.
Television with sat-tv and free WiFi .
Swimming pool and tennis field are available for the clients.
