New Studio in private house, with a terrace and a beautiful view of the lake. The apartment is beautifully decorated (20 square meters) and is located on the ground floor with the following features:
Pull-out sofa bed, dining table, kitchenette with 2 hotplates and refrigerator, SATTV, with toilet and shower.
The Studio is equipped with a terrace and garden the terrace and apartment there is a fantastic view thé Lake Garda. NEW: 25 square meters large sun terrace with lake view is obstructed 2009 50 meters from the house.
WIFI included in the price.
The house is beautifully in the green, in the middle of the olivetrees, a very quiet location and very relaxing. The center is minutes by car in approximately. 5 to reach.
We rent on a weekly basis with arrival Saturday :-)

Very nice flat and very nice landlord
We had a very nice holiday. Mr. Monaci, the friendly landlord, gave us very good tips
Unfortunately, you have to wear a bathing cap in the pool, but that is the only drawback. You have a very nice view of Lake Garda and can be in the village in about 10 minutes on foot. The area is closed and safe

Super nice accommodation in a great location!
A super beautiful accommodation, inside functional, but the terrace is a dream! In addition, a very friendly and helpful landlord. All in all, a great accommodation, thank you very much Oswaldo!!!

Urlaub mit Hund
The location of this apartment is simply wonderful, and the terrace is fantastically beautiful. Mr. Monaci was very generous regarding my dog, who was allowed to move freely on the property. He also provided good tips. Although the apartment is simply furnished, the fabulous terrace makes up for it, and you spend most of the time there anyway. The weather was great and Malcesine is very charming and a good starting point for activities. Max and I enjoyed our week of vacation to the fullest and after excursions, we always looked forward to our accommodation and felt very comfortable there. Thank you Mr. Monaci, Petra, and Max.
