Enjoy the tranquility under the over 100-year-old courtyard chestnut tree or on the terrace.
Relax in one of the individually designed rooms of the fully renovated house from the year 1828. The small town of Neukirchen is located 5 kilometers away where you can find doctors, a beverage dealer, a supermarket, two bakeries, two butchers, a nursery, a gift/newsstand, two churches, and the train station.

Our holiday home has 3 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom and separate toilet and is suitable for 5-6 people.
For your relaxation we have a small library, games and radio, but we do not have mobile phone reception or TV.

Blue room: double bed (1.80 x 2.00) and electric heating.

A beautiful holiday home perfect for a family holiday
The old, lovingly restored farm is about 10 kilometres from Sulzbach-Rosenberg. The property is relatively secluded and perfect if you want to have some peace and quiet. The mobile phone reception was poor and there is no wifi or TV, which we consider absolutely positive. There are enough board games and literature available. We were 3 families with 2 small children. The rooms are very tastefully decorated and are on the first floor. Two (red and yellow) have a fireplace. The bathroom is very spacious and there is also a guest toilet. The living room also has a wood-burning stove and a large table. Unfortunately, there is no sofa for more than 2 people (that is the only negative thing we can say). The kitchen has absolutely everything you need and more. There are 4 sheep and 3 running ducks on the farm (great for the kids) The landlords live in the former outbuilding and are extremely nice, sympathetic and helpful. We would definitely recommend the Schmolzerer and will definitely be back.

As a northerner from Schleswig-Holstein, I ended up in beautiful Franconian Switzerland. My husband and I love this area, where we bought this old farm over 15 years ago. The holiday home is furnished the way we would want it for a romantic holiday. I hope that many guests will learn to appreciate and love this area - and that they will like our house.
