Die Wohnung liegt im zweiten Stock, es hat zwei Terrassen mit Meerblick, Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer, Küche mit Essecke, Badezimmer, Klimaanlage, WiFi. Es ist perfekt gelegen, in der Nähe des Strandes und in der Nähe der Mitte sein, also alles ist nur ein paar Schritte entfernt.

Die Wohnung ist perfekt gelegen, nur 150 m vom Kiesstrand und nur 350 m vom Zentrum entfernt. Also alles ist in einem sehr in der Nähe zu Fuß erreichbar. Fažana ist eine der Perlen an der Westküste der größten kroatischen Halbinsel - Istrien.
Mit dem Klang der Herzschläge in das Nest aus Stein ist es stolz auf seine Fischfang-Tradition und die Atmosphäre, wo bereits mit der ersten Handshake jeder Gast zum Nachbarn und Freund, Teil einer großen Familie!
Fazana, die in der Nähe des antiken Pula, dem Ausgangshafen für den Brijuni-Inseln gelegene Stadt - der Nationalpark mit den Attributen "Heaven on Earth" - mit seinen Stränden, Pinienwälder, Uferpromenaden, Restaurants entlang des Meeres ist die perfekte Ort für Ruhe und Erholung.

nice apartment with restrictions

Actually nice apartment, good location, not far from the beach, very clean but 3 things are very disturbing!!!
1. The bed in the apartment is really not good, a very squeaky metal frame making annoying noises with every movement so that the partner next to it wakes up just from turning around!!! Additionally, a large mirror is urgently needed in the apartment, there is only one very small one in the bathroom!!!
2. Opposite Villa Nina with many apartments, preferred by young people who make a lot of noise. The absolute negative point was that every year at the beginning of September, almost a 10-day rock music-techno festival took place in the neighboring village of Stinjan, and for 8 days, one couldn't sleep until 6 in the morning, the terrace could not be used in the evenings because it was simply too loud. I find it very rude that neither the Tourist Information nor the landlord informs about this, because this greatly affects the vacation! The festival has apparently been going on for several years and many landlords apparently inform their guests about it when booking, unfortunately ours did not!

Enjoy a nice holiday with a good apartment in Fazana.

Nice apartment, sufficiently and functionally furnished for 3 people. Large balcony for all beach belongings. Good ventilation possible in the apartment. Bed frame made of metal, makes noise with every movement. The bedroom cannot be darkened, would be better with a curtain. Would love to come back in 2018.
