Description

Villa Divina is new built Villa ****Plus property, opening year 2014 with private outdoor POOL, consist of three 2Bedroom and three 1-bedroom apartments. Villa ist situated in the small beautiful village Marusici, 1 st row just above the sea, in quiet place. It has a outstanding free panoramic sea view from the terrace, extra big terraces and access to differeent beaches in less 70 m distance, also to the private beach situated just under Villa leading to the crystal clear turquoise sea.
Every room has it own 6 m2 bathroom and air conditioning, and also extra toilette for your guests. Outdoor pool plus living area are exclussively on disposal for all guests of Villa Divina. In ground floor are place where all the guests have their place to get together and relax. We (family Zuzul) have 23 years experience in tourism and this new Villa shooudl be our best project so far.
WiFi internet, fitness room are free of charge and without any restrictions. Each apartment has free parking with video survaillance.
Restaurant and grocery are in 100 m distance from the apartment.

Mr. Zuzul always responded to my written inquiries immediately and was very nice!
Supermarket right on the main street, which has almost everything you need and is well organized?

The only downside - 300 steps down to the sea? ? Thank you for the lovely days. If we plan a vacation in this area again, we will be back here!

Great location, magnificent view, air conditioning and good wifi, fitness, barbecue areas, free parking, 2 min to the private beach, flexible departure (despite check out we could leave the car in the car park all day and enjoy the sun on the beach)

We felt very comfortable in this complex. The apartment was super clean, and we could go to the staff with any questions, who were always friendly and helpful. The beach was a dream, with 2 sunbeds per apartment and also a locker so you could leave your beach stuff there. There are many steps to get to the beach, but it's worth it. We highly recommend this complex.

Nice apartment with minor restrictions.

The apartment is generally very nice. It's a pity that, for example, the kitchen faucet is loose and the balcony door is poorly adjusted.
For a 4-star apartment, I would have expected at least 2 white wine or red wine glasses. That was not the case. There was neither a toaster nor a juicer, as described on the website. We booked for 2 adults and 2 children, but unfortunately, only 2 large shower towels were provided. I find it a bit petty at these prices. The sofa bed for the children was not set up and the sheets and pillows were only brought after two inquiries. The pool is small, there is no way it is 18 meters long. Maybe 18m2. Unfortunately, there seems to be a house drain near the beach. Toilet paper remnants, sanitary pads, and feces float in the sea repeatedly. It was really disgusting at times. Unfortunately, the beach was not cleaned either. Paper remnants and even a bathing shoe that had been washed ashore were still there after three days. If it's a private beach, it could at least be cleaned once a day.

Schade, dass Sie sich an unsere Rezeption (0-24) nicht gewendet haben und all diese technischen Punkte wären ganz schnell zu Ihrer vollsten Zufriedenheit erledigt. Wir können selbstgewußt das behaupten, da wir meistens Stammgäste und die Gäste durch Empfehlungen haben und die Kollegen beste Benotungen haben. Wir entschuldigen uns bei Ihnen, für alles die aus Ihrer Sicht nicht perfekt Ihren Vorstellungen nach gepasst hat. Der Toaster mußte in der Wohnung sein, da es ein Teil des Equipments ist. Kann sein dass der Gast vor Ihnen, Toaster kaputt gegangen ist (Saftpresse ist nicht im Angebot). Sie sollten einfach nur gleich Bescheid sagen, Toaster ist nicht im Apartment. An der Rezeption sind mehrere zu nehmen, und Problem würde so leicht gelöst.

Sofabett- wir haben es nicht vorbereitet, da diese Sofa in erster Linie als Sofa benutzt wird ist sehr leicht (hat Preis für Design bekommen) im Bett umwandelbar und nicht jeder möchte es gleich als Bett sehen. Wir würden es gemacht, hätten Sie uns geschrieben, einige Gäste haben uns gebeten wegen späterer Anreise - das machen wir gerne.

Der Punkt des möglichen „Abflusses im Meer“ konnten Sie leicht durch 5 Minuten Schnorchelns lösen – selber feststellen, dass keine Röhre oder Ähnliches im Wasser gibt und das Meeresboden voll von Seeigel (ab der mittleren tiefe die wieder zum Baden perfekt ist) und Meeres-Gurken ist, die bester Beweis für die Sauberkeit des Meeres sind und uns ganz stolz macht.

Unsere Gäste die hier kommen, merken der größte Vorteil von uns (also kein Massentourismusort!) die Sauberkeit, kristallsauberes Wasser und Ruhe. Deswegen sind wir von Ihrem Kommentar sehr überrascht gewesen.
Wer würde im Privatstrand eine Röhre ins Meer abfließen lassen? Das wäre genauso wie sich selber in den Bein zu schiessen und das Geschäft vernichten, da hier keine Discos, Bars,…sondern nur Natur in der grünem (meistens unbewohntem) Bucht gibt. Das Haus wurde mit Bio-Gerät mit höchsten EU- Standards vor 3 Jahren gebaut.

Wir haben deswegen (obwohl die Villa auf kleinem Hang liegt, ca. 40 m Seehöhe) keine Toilette am Strand (obwohl viele Gäste angefragt haben), da wir es sauber erhalten und für die nächste Generationen sauber halten wollen. Hier sind wir geboren, wir lieben diesen kleinen Stück der Erde (unsere Bucht) über alles und würden NIE etwas dagegen der Natur tun.

Unsere Gäste sind sehr naturbewußt und verlassen so gut wie keine Reste am Strand, nicht desto trotz der Strand wird in regelmäßigen Abständen sauber gemacht. Man kann nicht ausschließen, dass die Meeresströmmungen (SüdWind) vorübergehendüber Nacht, etwas von offenem Meer mitbringen kann.

Pool – wir in der Beschreibung ganz klar steht, Pool ist 18m2 (Quadrat Meter) nicht 18m lang ;)

Great price/performance ratio.

The view is beautiful both in the morning and in the evening. If you don't feel like going to the beach in between, you have the option to jump into the pool in front of the house with a great sea view.

The holiday destination is very pretty and small, the accommodation is super luxurious, you get towels, shampoo, dish soap, dish towels, and of course bedding. The pool is really nice, you can even swim at night :) Private beach clean and very nice, the sunsets at the beach unforgettable!

We would like to thank you and your crew! We felt very, very comfortable. Everything just fit.

I can only recommend it and would book again anytime!

Vacation.

We had a nice relaxation holiday in the very beautiful, well-equipped apartment with fantastic sea views, comfortable beds, and a great balcony, although with some limitations. Probably, we would have made a different choice for a beach holiday if we had known beforehand that the private beach from our apartment was only accessible by 319 steps. Due to the "sloping location," it is difficult for people with limited mobility to reach the two nearby restaurants and the supermarket, as the path there is very steep! For those who are "good on foot," this is not a problem at all. Despite all the limitations, we had a relaxing vacation with plenty of peace. We can still recommend Villa Divina, just not for people with mobility issues! We would like to express our heartfelt thanks, especially to Dragine, who was always helpful and greeted us in a friendly and kind manner. THANK YOU for everything!

Heaven on Earth

Super!!!

Last year, we were in Croatia for the first time with our small dog and chose Villa Divina, and we did not regret it! This year, a week ago, we were guests again at the Zuzul family, but in another one of their houses.

Villa Divina is a well-maintained house with modern furnished apartments. Very clean, you can only feel comfortable there. The balcony offers a beautiful view of the sea. Sufficient parking spaces are available. The staff was helpful and always friendly!

The beach is accessible via some steps. A truly beautiful beach section, simply fantastic. Sunbeds and umbrellas are available. The beach is never crowded!

We will gladly come back!

Exceptional in any ways!

The place was very clean and comfortable. We especially liked the view from the balcony, where you can see a beautiful combination of Dalmatian islands and mountains. We arrived at 2 am and were still welcomed by the villa staff, which was very nice of them. In the region, you can find many interesting things: nice beaches, mountains, the river Cetina for rafting, and the city of Split is very close too. It is preferable to have a car to go around more easily, but not necessary. We visited "Konoba Galinca" and had the best steak ever while watching the sunset. We used the offered free shuttle so we didn't have to worry about drinking. There are also two restaurants (good value for money) just a 2-minute walk from the villa. We loved the private beach and spent a lot of our time there. It is hard to find something that was not perfect for us - we had a great holiday and would recommend it to everyone who wants a holiday in a peaceful area and wants to feel special at the same time. Thank you for everything! Staff, Family Zuzul and … ;)

Beautiful :)

This villa is a hidden gem. An oasis of tranquility located right by the sea.
The very friendly staff is discreet but available around the clock for all requests, we were welcomed very warmly.
The location is stunningly beautiful, we looked out onto the sea from our bed and had short distances to everything - pool, sea, private beach. . . . about a 2-minute walk to restaurants, 10 minutes by car to the town of Omis, 8 minutes to Brela.
Very nicely furnished, stimulating the senses. . . lovingly decorated. It was very quiet and relaxing during our stay.

A beautiful place to relax, simply fantastic!

Very beautiful villa with a great view of the sea! The modern furnished apartment offers everything necessary for self-catering, all clean and with a wonderfully beautiful sea view.

The holiday resort itself is very pretty, the accommodation super luxurious, the bathrooms dreamlike. Very good WIFI, private beach with loungers and parasols included!

The pool is really very nice! The manager (Mr. Drazen) was very nice and helpful, helped us with carrying the suitcases and is super committed. I can only recommend it and would book again anytime, as everything was wonderful!

Beautiful, classy and immaculate!

Perfect family vacation!

Everything matches 100% the beautiful photos. The apartment is spacious, everything is new and in perfect condition, and the panorama from the balcony is a dream! Very nice apartment!

The apartment is very nicely furnished, spacious, clean, and has everything you need. The apartment has a huge terrace with a table and chairs, the view extends in one direction towards the Adriatic Sea and in the other direction towards the Biokovo mountain, panoramic sea view. The hosts are great. They are very discreet, leave you "in peace," but are always there in case you have any questions, etc. Worth mentioning again is that it is really ultra-clean.

Traumhafte Lage

The Villa DIVINA is located a bit away from the center of Marusici (3-4 min walk), so there is not too much hustle and bustle in the area. The apartment was very spacious, modernly furnished, meticulously cleaned, and offered ideal facilities for self-catering (refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, etc.). The pool was clean and beautiful, with a great view of the sea. Via a staircase, you could go directly down to the private beach to take a swim in the sea. The water was very clear, you could also snorkel. The staff at the house, as well as the owner, were very friendly and committed. We have almost nothing to complain about, absolute recommendation!

Simply fantastic!

We spent 14 nights in October at Villa. The apartment was beautifully furnished, and the terrace, in particular, was fantastic. The staff were very accommodating and always very dedicated. The location itself is very good, around 10 km from the town of Omis, 35 km from Split, and 20 km from Makarska. There is a market and two restaurants just around the corner. The pool and loungers provide another lovely option to relax at the villa. On another visit to Dalmatia, we would all choose to visit the villa again.

We had a great holiday and a lot of fun!

We had the most beautiful vacation we have ever had in Croatia.

We had a wonderful view of the crystal-clear sea, the private beach was clean and equipped with sunbeds, which was very good. Since we spent our holiday in Divina with our young children, it was great that we didn't have to carry the bathing essentials to the beach every day but could store them in the communal beach hut. We will definitely spend our holiday in Divina again.
