Our new vacation Villa is located directly at the sea and the apartment includes, terrace with tremendous views to the sea, as the matter of fact almost every room in the apartment has a balcony with view to the sea.

Marusici in Croatia is a nice, quiet place 12 km south of the town of Omis and 40 km south of Split, situated under Omiska Dinara mountain. There are sandy and pebble beaches with shallow waters, ideal for children\'s play. Marusici is ideal for a quiet holiday in a beautiful landscape: vicinity of Cetina River\'s canyon, Biokovo Mountain, fertile fields in the interior suitable for growing fruit, vegetables and grapes, as well as magnificent pebble beaches are just some of the reasons why Marusici is so popular with tourists.
Marusici is a perfect place to spend holiday for those who would like to rest after a rush and stressful everyday life in sleepy Dalmatian atmosphere. Pure relaxation!
We spent 13 days at villa Ruzmarina. We were absolutely thrilled in every way!!! The sea view is unique, the staff is very nice and totally cordial. Furthermore, it speaks for itself: free parking, private beach with sunbeds and wifi. Rooms are well equipped with air conditioning, flat screen TV, kitchen (incl. crockery etc.) new furniture etc.
We will be back next year!!!:-)

Beautiful
Everything really fitted here! We stayed for 14 days in the small, paradisiacal village of Marusici on one of the most beautiful parts of the Dalmatian coast. All our wishes were fulfilled in our accommodation - super friendly hosts, great and very clean flat with a fantastic view of the neighbouring islands - everything perfect at reasonable prices! In addition, the Dalmatian region is incomparably beautiful in its variety of excursions into the wonderful nature with fantastic beaches and to all the ancient places such as Split, Makarska, Omis, Imotski Lakes, Dubrovnik, Korcula etc. and in our opinion very difficult to beat! We honestly don't know which next destination could beat this beautiful country in any way. We were absolutely thrilled and will definitely be back!

Large new beautiful apartments, friendly owners

Perfekte Tage im Sommer
Tolles Apartment im malerischen Ort direkt am Meer.
Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war sehr gut und die Einrichtung hell und freundlich – insgesamt liebevoll eingerichtet. Der Meerblick an der Fensterfront ist unglaublich schön. Der Strand ist wenig vom Apartment entfernt. Einfach toll!

Toll!
Wir waren dieses Jahr zum 2. Mal mit unserem kleinen Hund in Kroatien bei Familie Zuzul zu Gast. Dieses Mal in der Villa Ruzmarina. Dieses Mal haben wir ein befreundetes Pärchen mitgenommen, die auch sehr begeistert waren.
Die Villa Ruzmarina ist ein sehr gepflegtes Haus mit schön eingerichteten Apartments.
Sehr sauber da kann man sich nur wohl fühlen. Der Balkon bietet eine wunderschöne Aussicht auf das Meer, sogar direkt auf den wunderschönen Strand.
Parkplätze sind ausreichend vorhanden.
Das Personal war hilfsbereit und immer freundlich!
Der Strand ist über einige Treppen zu erreichen.
Ein wirklich sehr schöner Strandabschnitt, einfach traumhaft. Liegen und Sonnenschirme stehen zur Verfügung.Der Strand ist nie überfüllt!
Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir 5-köpfige Familie haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Schon der Empfang war herzlich und ehrlich.

Traumhafter Blick auf das Meer! Sagenhaft!
Das Apartment ist traumhaft schön und hell, mit zwei Balkonen und eine große Terrasse und hat einen sagenhaft schönen Ausblick aus jedem Zimmer. Die Betten sind sehr bequem, die Klimaanlage sehr effektiv. Das Personal und die Familie Zuzul ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir wurden sehr herzlich begrüßt und verabschiedet. Im Preis inbegriffen ist ein Parkplatz, zwei Sonnenliegen und ein Sonnenschirm. Besonders hervorheben ist Strandhaus und Privatstrand mit viel Platz (wir waren vor zwei Jahren in Brela und haben eine schöne Wohnung gemietet jedoch die Strände waren übervoll, bzw kaum Platz). Wir würden diese Anlage auf jeden Fall empfehlen.

Traumhafte Lage an der kroatischen Riviera
Villa liegt unmittelbar vor einer kleinen Bucht, so dass es nur Stufen bis zu dem Kielselstrand sind. In beider Richtungen es folgen mehrere ruhigere Buchten und wunderschöne Strände. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Seele des Hauses ist Hausmanager Drazen. Sehr geräumige Apartments. Sehr ruhig!

Einfach toll
Unsere Wohnung war sehr geräumig und Terrasse mit BESTEM Meerblick. Alles war sehr sauber und der Schlafkomfort war sehr gut. Wir erhielten viele Tipps für Restaurants, Bootstoueren und andere Unternehmungen. Einfach Spitze, empfehlenswert!

Tolle Anlage mit gutem Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Sehr schöne moderne Wohnung mit tollem Bad und Terrasse mit Traumausblick, toller Strand. Gastgebefamilie sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Gute Lage, da zu Fuß 3 Minuten zwei Restaurants und Lebensmittegeschäft 3 Minuten.
