STRANDVILLA KALIFORNIEN Deichweg 38 DIRECTLY FROM THE OWNER
The holiday home is only about 50 metres from the beach (first row) and offers four high-quality furnished holiday flats with ² .
Each flat has a bathroom with shower/WC, a separate bedroom and a large living/dining room.
In flat 1 the bedroom is furnished with a double bed (180 x 200), two bedside tables and a wardrobe (150 x 200). The bed is very comfortable and equipped with high quality 7 zone cold foam mattresses.
The living room not only impresses the younger successful mix of white high-gloss furniture, plus decoration and accessories in turquoise provides a cozy atmosphere.
In flat 2, the bedroom is furnished with white furniture and the living room in a light mocha-white tone.
In the living room there is a comfortable corner sofa for additional sleeping space ( X 200 ). For our guests we have a large LCD TV, CD stereo, DVD-Blu-Ray and Internet WLAN available in the living area.
The modern fitted kitchen is fully equipped with an induction cooker (you save a lot of time cooking), oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, hand mixer and outside grill.
So you can grill the fish or a fruit cake our orchard you will find plums,apples,cherries,pears.
In all our flats we have an information board about the region and activities that are offered.
There is also a Ostseecart with which you can use many discounts for activities
can use.

On the approx. 3500m² large property there are car parking spaces, a bicycle shed, a garden house where you can store the sun loungers, garden furniture, parasols, romantic fruit tree garden of our holiday complex, everyone will find a sunny or shady spot to relax.

The beach villa is located in the first row at the water.
At a distance of approx. 100 metres you will find a bakery, grocery shop, restaurants, ice cream shop, mini golf course, surfing school, boat rental etc.
Larger shopping facilities are available in Schönberg, only 3 kilometres away, where you will find all the usual supermarkets.
The Baltic Sea resort of California is the most popular place in the municipality of Schönberg.
With its long sandy beach, it offers a wonderful holiday for the whole family.
Not only the long stretches along the beaches, but also the varied landscape
Landscape, forests and fields invite you to cycle tours.
On the long beach, our holidaymakers can enjoy the wonderful Baltic Sea at its purest.
The small village of Schönberg is only a few kilometres away.
The next largest city, Kiel, is only a few kilometres away.
You can cycle wonderfully to Laboe directly on the dyke ()
Laboe is located directly at the apex between the Kiel Fjord and the open sea.
Visit the submarine, the seawater indoor swimming pool with sauna and the marine biology station. The heart of Laboe is the yacht and fishing harbour and the modern marina.
Here you can also see the dream ships sailing in and out of Kiel.
