Our new vacation Villa is located directly at the sea and the apartment includes, terrace with tremendous views to the sea, as the matter of fact almost every room in the apartment has a balcony with view to the sea.

Marusici in Croatia is a nice, quiet place 12 km south of the town of Omis and 40 km south of Split, situated under Omiska Dinara mountain. There are sandy and pebble beaches with shallow waters, ideal for children\'s play. Marusici is ideal for a quiet holiday in a beautiful landscape: vicinity of Cetina River\'s canyon, Biokovo Mountain, fertile fields in the interior suitable for growing fruit, vegetables and grapes, as well as magnificent pebble beaches are just some of the reasons why Marusici is so popular with tourists.
Marusici is a perfect place to spend holiday for those who would like to rest after a rush and stressful everyday life in sleepy Dalmatian atmosphere. Here on the cozy stony beaches, below stones and pine woods, where the scent of the sea is mixed with flavors of pine trees and numerous aromatic herbs, hearing sounds of cicadas and music of sea waves - you will rest wherever you have come from.
There is a grocery shop, several cafe bars and restaurants in Marusici. Due to the vicinity of the towns of Omis and Makarska, the visitors may enjoy numerous active holidays options such as rafting, free climbing, windsurfing or enjoy an unforgettable party in the disco bars and night clubs of the surrounding Rivieras.

Beautiful accommodation with a fantastic view but a bit secluded in a small village.
The location and especially the view during breakfast from the balcony are really great - unfortunately, at our time, the Polish guests were in the majority and it was often very loud at the pool, and alcohol was also consumed abundantly - not quite optimal when traveling with children - but then you just have to walk down the more than 250 stairs to the Adriatic Sea and enjoy the small private beach - otherwise very friendly and always helpful staff and the landlord is more than accommodating - we will definitely come back again...

Pure relaxation!
We spent 13 days at villa Ruzmarina. We were absolutely thrilled in every way!!! The sea view is unique, the staff is very nice and totally cordial. Furthermore, it speaks for itself: free parking, private beach with sunbeds and wifi. Rooms are well equipped with air conditioning, flat screen TV, kitchen (incl. crockery etc.) new furniture etc.
We will be back next year!!!:-)

Beautiful
Everything really fitted here! We stayed for 14 days in the small, paradisiacal village of Marusici on one of the most beautiful parts of the Dalmatian coast. All our wishes were fulfilled in our accommodation - super friendly hosts, great and very clean flat with a fantastic view of the neighbouring islands - everything perfect at reasonable prices! In addition, the Dalmatian region is incomparably beautiful in its variety of excursions into the wonderful nature with fantastic beaches and to all the ancient places such as Split, Makarska, Omis, Imotski Lakes, Dubrovnik, Korcula etc. and in our opinion very difficult to beat! We honestly don't know which next destination could beat this beautiful country in any way. We were absolutely thrilled and will definitely be back!

Perfect days in summer
Great apartment in the picturesque village right by the sea.
The equipment of the apartment was very good and the furnishing bright and friendly - overall lovingly furnished. The sea view from the window front is incredibly beautiful. The beach is not far from the apartment. Simply great!
