Holiday home with all comforts; close to the beach; certified by the German Tourism Association with three stars -valid until 02.2023
The holiday home offers space for up to 6 people and a baby or toddler. It is fully furnished, family friendly with high chair, cot, child safety locks, etc. It is a non-smoking house - pets are not allowed. On the ground floor there is the bathroom with washing machine, a bedroom with a double bed, the kitchen and the living/dining room. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, coffee maker, coffee machine and a microwave, among other things. In addition to the usual living room equipment, there is a fireplace and TV with cable and Sky connection. Garden furniture is available for use on the terrace and bicycles, trolleys, etc. can be stored in the separate storage room. On the upper floor there is an additional toilet and 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed plus cot and additional TV and one with two single beds. Additional children's travel bed available. All bedrooms are equipped with insect screens. In the period from 01.05.-15.09. a reserved beach chair is available on the beach. From 2021 we are connected to the fibre optic network ( fibre optic Gigahaus ) and thus have a fast internet.

Location and surroundings of object
Our holiday home is located about five hundred metres behind the dyke. It is only a few metres to the green beach. We have extended our offer for you! For the period from - a reserved, free beach chair is available to our guests on the green beach of Dorum-Neufeld.
The new sulphur wave outdoor pool directly on the beach will delight you.
Shopping facilities for your daily needs are available on site and can easily be reached on foot. Bulk shopping is easily possible in nearby Dorum. Here you will also find doctors, pharmacies and the Lower Saxony Dike Museum. If you don't want to cook yourself: There are various restaurants in the village, and in the harbour there are several fish stands for the small appetite - some of them also with seating. Our house is located in Cuxland, which is the land on the North Sea coast between the Elbe and Weser rivers. The North Sea Cycle Path runs directly in front of the front door. You are directly on and in the Wadden Sea World Heritage Site.
Dorum-Neufeld is a seaside resort in Lower Saxony - located between Bremerhaven and Cuxhaven. Both towns are easy to reach by bike. The region otherwise offers you a great variety of natural, wide-ranging features such as the UNESCO World Heritage Wadden Sea, salt marshes, rapeseed fields, forests and of course the North Sea, as well as attractive holiday destinations and sights for young and old. Let yourself be infected by the charm of the coast for your next holiday and visit the wonderful coastal region.

The house is very well equipped with room layout, kitchen equipment, many games, books, and other items up to a shoehorn. The location in the holiday park was pleasantly quiet at this time. With a car and bicycle, you can immediately start exploring. Thank you.

We were already in this house for the fourth time and now with the bedding and towels, top.
Great location, everything is within walking distance and this time the lighthouse could be visited from the inside for just 2€.

Perfect holiday home with a great view of the ocean.
Everything was there, even a handcart that was not even mentioned in the description. The house was very clean, cozy, and comfortable. The beds were made, the towels were ready.
Great value for money. Great location.
We would love to come back.

Always a pleasure
We have now been to this holiday home for the fourth time and can only recommend it. Since we usually only spend a long weekend there, the luxury of the beds being made up is very convenient for us. The surroundings are always beautiful, and renting bikes was easy with good quality bikes. The kids were able to use the wave pool at the end of May and were very happy about it. We will come back.
