THE ACCOMMODATION - THE HOUSE
The perfect location for a relaxing summer holiday or wintering in the mild climate of the Costa del Azahar is offered by this villa in Spanish style. On more than 230 days, the temperature does not drop below 20°C. The golden beaches of Oliva Playa, only 800 m away, invite you to sunbathe and swim in summer, and are perfect in winter for kilometer-long walks north towards Gandia or south towards Denia.
THE PROPERTY:
The villa is located on a 2000m2 fenced plot and is not visible from the outside. Orange trees are your neighbors. Lemon trees, orange trees, and palm trees adorn the lovingly designed property.
THE ARCADE TERRACE:
The large covered terrace in typical Spanish style offers a fantastic view of the pool area and the fruit trees. A barbecue fireplace, which is used as an open kitchen in the summer, guarantees cozy hours under the Spanish sun. If it gets a little cooler in the evening, a gas patio heater is available (on request). THE ROOFTOP TERRACE:
The property has a large rooftop terrace which is accessed via an external staircase and offers a breathtaking 360° view of the surroundings.
THE POOL AREA:
The entire pool area is tiled. The pool has a water surface of 10 x 5 m and offers comfortable entry via Roman steps. Large palm trees provide the necessary privacy both during the day and at night. Nothing stands in the way of a romantic bathing experience under the stars. Make yourself comfortable on the Hollywood swing or on the pool loungers.
THE LIVING AREA:
The entire interior is furnished in a Mediterranean style. The house has air conditioning/heating in the dining-living area and in the double bedroom. There are fan heaters in the bathrooms. 5 people can relax and enjoy their vacation in the house. In summer, and during midday in winter, the main living area is the arcade terrace where you have a wonderful view of the garden with various fruit trees, or look directly onto the pool area.
THE KITCHEN:
The large, American-style kitchen is fully equipped. Fridge-freezer combination, gas stove and oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, and all pans, cutlery, pots, and tableware needed to use a kitchen as usual. A Nespresso coffee machine and a filter coffee machine are also available for general use.
THE DINING-LIVING AREA:
The dining table seats 6 people and is located next to the kitchen in the living area. In the living room there is a cozy corner couch, a wood-burning fireplace provides comfortable warmth during the transitional season, satellite TV, Wi-Fi in the house and pool area.
THE BEDROOMS:
1 double bedroom with extra dressing room, one twin bedroom and one single bedroom
THE BATHROOMS:
The house has 2 bathrooms. One bathroom with bathtub and shower is directly adjacent to the bedrooms. An outdoor bathroom (shower and WC), which can be accessed directly from the arcade terrace, offers a good opportunity especially in summer to avoid having to use the house bathroom after swimming.
All windows are fitted with fly screens and can be closed with external blinds as needed to keep the house cool in summer.
Our guests can use the entire house and garden area. A very large driveway offers enough parking space for several cars. A carport protects the car from sunlight and weather conditions. The property also has a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer.
It is possible to contact our on-site guest service if questions or problems with the house arise. An intermediate cleaning can be booked for an extra charge, as well as a change of bed linen and towels if you want to have a "real" vacation. Location and surroundings of object
Oliva is not a typical tourist destination; hotel complexes, crowded beaches, and mass tourism with all its negative effects will be sought here in vain. Various shopping centers in the nearby area leave nothing to be desired, and medical care is very good at the hospital in Denia. A short walk towards the sea and you will reach numerous bars, restaurants, and cafes for a pleasant stay. Since Oliva and the entire area are quite flat, the bicycle is certainly an ideal means of transportation. Please inquire if bicycles are desired. You can rent them in advance at the local shop on your own. From Gandia there is an inexpensive train connection to nearby Valencia, a metropolis that should be on your sightseeing list. About 20 minutes by car to the south and you reach Denia, a lively port city with countless restaurants & bars that provide entertainment during the day or in the evening.

Cancellation terms:
Here is the translation to English: The paid deposit of 30% of the rental price will be forfeited if you cancel your booking. You will receive a refund of 50% of the rental price already paid if you cancel the booking up to 4 weeks before the planned arrival date by 12 noon CET (Central European Time). For cancellations made less than 4 weeks before your planned arrival, unfortunately we cannot provide any refund of the rent already paid. We ask for your understanding regarding this policy.

DOGS: Dog fee EUR 25€/week. We are very dog-friendly, we ourselves own several large dogs, so we know how a rental property should be left. Please be a responsible dog owner. Dogs are not allowed in the pool, beds, or sofas. Additional cleaning effort or damage to the garden or house furnishings will be charged afterwards.
