Beautiful days

The accommodation is highly recommended (quiet, clean and you can always reach the very nice couple of landlords if you have any questions or problems).

We plan to come back and are looking forward to enjoying the sunset again from the amazing whirlpool and firing up the grill or fire bowl.

Very beautiful house

We felt very comfortable in this house. Everything is really clean and very cozily furnished. The terrace is also great, we unfortunately didn't have nice weather, but we were still able to sit outside and barbecue because everything is well covered. It was pleasantly quiet and only a few meters from the lake, where the house's own boat was located next to the jetty. Thank you again to Mrs. and Mr. Würdinger.

Back to the Roots

It was wonderful days. I have never experienced such silence in any vacation home.
Pure nature. Highly recommended if someone is looking for real peace. You can switch off and reflect at this place. Hiking and biking in the surrounding forests is almost unlimited.
The vacation apartment is nicely furnished. Everything you need for daily life is available.
Very clean and also suitable for people with limited mobility, like me.
Unfortunately, I did not personally meet Mrs. Würdinger. I received the corresponding access data via WhatsApp and always received a quick response to any questions.
I felt very well taken care of.
Highly recommended for romantics, seniors, and people with limited mobility.

It was wonderful.

This house lives up to its promises, the apartment is generously furnished and almost barrier-free. The parking space is right outside the door. The highlight of the whole stay is the whirlpool. Everything you need is available and the peacefulness was beautiful. The landlords are very friendly and you can ask them any questions. We also used the rowboat and bicycles, everything was in top condition. We had a really great holiday, thank you very much. We will definitely come back.

Dreamy timeout

We were looking for a romantic escape for two and found paradise. We didn't miss anything, everything you need is really provided. The accommodation is very clean. The contact with the landlord, Mrs. Würdinger, and her friend was very pleasant, even a chilled bottle of champagne was ready for us! The absolute highlight is the outdoor hot tub and the boat for the lake, which is only a few meters away on foot. If you want to spend a few romantic days in absolute peace, you are in the right place! We can recommend this accommodation 100% and will definitely come back!

Simply dreamlike!

We arrived and I was immediately in love! Wonderfully quiet location in the middle of the forest and directly on the lake! Unfortunately we didn't have nice weather which was a pity but nobody can do anything about that! The cottage is very well maintained, clean and the furnishings are new. There was so much love in the details... i immediately felt at home and would have loved to move in straight away. We took so much with us that would not have been necessary. There are enough dishes, glasses etc. and also salt, pepper, spices, baking paper etc.. Everything there! The host was extremely friendly and as I said, you immediately feel at home. The whirlpool was of course our highlight as we didn't have nice weather. It was very clean. I can only recommend the cottage by the lake and I would definitely like to come again with the hope of being able to use the lake in nicer weather

In the middle of the forest, absolutely quiet. Perfect for relaxing. Lovingly furnished, top equipped. A few meters to the lake, where you can enjoy the sunset or paddle around in a boat. The absolute highlight is the hot tub. You don't want to get out. We felt completely comfortable again and will definitely come back!

Pure relaxation !!!

We spent wonderful, quiet and relaxing days in the super-equipped, chic cottage of the Würdinger family. In the middle of the forest, far away from stress and noise, we were able to relax every day, whether in the whirlpool or by the lake with a romantic sunset. It is simply fantastic here if you want to switch off and leave everyday life behind. We felt very comfortable every day and will definitely come back to Neubäu am See again to relax and unwind

The holiday home is beautifully situated, fantastically equipped, extremely tastefully furnished and lovingly decorated!
The whirlpool is a hit and is very well maintained
Rowing to the very good lake restaurant in the rowing boat is also something you only experience here and is a great experience

Beautiful ...

The stay at Mr. Würdinger's was wonderful, exactly what we had wished for, some peace and distance from the stressful daily life. The weather was perfect to take a walk around the lake and explore nature. The boat trip on the lake was very romantic... And we could relax perfectly in the hot tub and sauna. There was also nothing missing for the physical well-being. The kitchen was perfectly equipped and grilling on the terrace rounded everything off. We will be very happy to visit Mr. Würdinger again.

Super zum Entspannen

Well-equipped holiday home, very close to the lake, the description fully corresponds to reality and is partly even exceeded. We traveled with 2 small children who had a lot to discover and the access to the lake is very child-friendly. The shallow water allowed us to spend relaxed hours by the water... and the fenced area made it very pleasantly quiet.

Overall, we also recommend it for parents with small children... We will gladly come back.

Super relaxed short vacation

Dear couple Würdinger,
we felt very comfortable at your place. The apartment is lovingly furnished and super clean. The only thing I missed was my vacuum cleaner, but that's my own personal quirk. We will definitely come back again, and next time we will remember our bathrobes and maybe it will be warm enough to jump into the lake. The tranquility was heavenly.

Erholung pur

The house by the lake offers ideal conditions for a relaxing holiday. The well-kept semi-detached house is well-equipped. The landlords are hospitable and helpful. The presence of a whirlpool makes the stay a wellness holiday - we enjoyed it. The immediate surroundings and the region offer good opportunities for walks and extensive hikes. The available bicycles expand the range of activities, and the rowing boat invites exploration of the lake. Regensburg, located an hour away, is definitely worth a visit - not just for shopping!
For everyday shopping needs, Roding is nearby. At the Restaurant Hotel Schiessl in Neubau, you can eat and drink well at a fair price in a well-maintained and pleasant atmosphere.
We can wholeheartedly recommend the house by the lake!

Dreamy accommodation to relax and feel good

We were three people over the long Pentecost weekend at the house by the lake and had a wonderful time. The house is only a few steps away from the lake and offers a lot of comfort (e.g. outdoor hot tub, well-equipped kitchen, lovely furnishings). The landlord was very nice and accommodating. With the rowboat provided to us, we were able to explore the lake. We definitely want to come back and highly recommend the house by the lake.

Pure Erholung

The house by the lake met all our expectations. Very well equipped with everything necessary and also very lovingly and comfortably furnished. It's a shame that due to the bad weather (with night frost and hail showers during the day), we couldn't use the boat or bikes that were available to us. Instead, we thoroughly enjoyed the warm hot tub. Also, thanks again to H. Würdinger for forwarding the forgotten jacket.

Vicinity of the holiday home: Wunderschön und idyllisch.

free time activities: Man kann am See spazieren gehen oder mit dem Boot auf dem See fahren. In Bodenmais kann man die Kristallwerke besuchen. Regensburg eignet sich zum Shoppen, ist nur 50km weg. Auch ein Tagesausflug nach München ist zu empfehlen.

shopping facilities: Der Ort hat einen kleinen Edeka. Wir sind jedoch nach Roding und Cham gefahren, weil es einfach mehr Auswahl gibt und man etwas von der Umgebung sieht.
