You will sleep in our enchanting Kellerstöckl holiday home, generously located in a quiet area. 3 holiday apartments, each with separate entrances, balcony, and terrace. You will love it and be happy to return!
Open, welcoming spaces, as well as a pleasant atmosphere and direct access to our farmhouse garden. Each apartment has a balcony or terrace. Furnished lovingly with solid wood furniture and wooden floors, fully equipped eat-in kitchen, bathroom with real glass shower, toilet, double bed, single beds, cozy sofa, flat-screen TV, radio, and hairdryer. Wi-Fi available!

Fruit, wine and vegetable growing bear witness to fertile soils with the power of volcanic rock. The mild climate in the middle of the European nature reserve offers space for special life gardens.

Cancellation Policy: The right of withdrawal according to § 18 para. 1 item 10 FAGG does not apply. Instead, the General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry (AGBH) 2006 apply: Up to 3 months before arrival, you can cancel free of charge. From 3 months up to 1 month before arrival, we charge 40% of the travel price, from 1 month to 1 week before arrival 70%, and if you cancel within the last week before arrival or depart early, 100% of the travel price will be charged.
