Our spacious holiday apartment is at ground level facing the courtyard and has a separate entrance. The apartment has 68 sqm and is equipped for 4 people.
1 living room with dining area, large corner sofa and coffee table, satellite TV, Wi-Fi internet access. The sofa can be converted into a bed with a lying surface of 2m x 1.80m, so that two additional people can sleep here. Kitchen with fully fitted kitchen, 4-burner ceramic hob, oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, egg cooker, microwave, various dishes and dining table with 2 chairs.
1 bedroom with two beds, bedside table and a wardrobe.

Hallway with coat rack and shoe cabinet.

Ulla is located approx. 4 km west of Weimar on the B7 towards Erfurt, where you will find our cosy holiday flat.
Are you looking for relaxation, would you like to admire the historical and cultural sights of the Goethe and Schiller city of Weimar or get to know the old town of Erfurt? Then you've come to the right place. No matter what is on your holiday plan, you can reach all the sights of the region in a short time.
The holiday flat is located on our spacious property in the old, quiet centre of Ulla. All the sights in the village are within easy walking distance. Ulla, with approx. 700 inhabitants, is one of 16 districts of the rural community Grammetal, in the district of Weimarer Land. It is located directly on the B 7 between the cultural city of Weimar and the state capital of Erfurt. Our village is surrounded by fields, meadows, woods and a nature and leisure park, offering restful peace and relaxation.
Places of interest in Ulla are the Romanesque church of St. George, the de Wette memorial, the five Ice Age foundlings and the animal hotel, which was created from an old transformer tower.
"The Luther Trail Erfurt - Weimar - Apolda leads directly through Ulla. Heidi's Bierstübchen" provides for your physical well-being in Ulla. Let yourself be surprised by the Thuringian cuisine. For our little guests there is a beautiful playground with climbing castle, slide and lots of sand in the immediate vicinity. During a walk in our landscape park, which borders directly on Ulla, you can let your soul dangle, discover natural ponds and watch the wild horses. Very good shopping facilities are located in Weimar (4 km) and Erfurt (15 km).
