Description
Very beautifully furnished villa with all modern comforts but visually restrained and straightforward.
Nestled in a large park with decades-old trees and crossed by paths is La Gioiosa orientated on the south and with spectacular views of mountains and the lake. Completely private, with around 200 meters Lake border, it offers the ultimate in privacy and the opportunity to retreat and come back to himself. Contributing diverse distraction possibilities directly at their own premises with: any kind of water, (the basin), the bowling green under shady trees, perfect for a hot afternoon. The table tennis can be moved on their wheels to where you want to play a round. Secluded places in various places with stone benches and tables, hammocks, deck chairs, etc. invite you to relax. Everyone can choose his favorite location and retreat sometimes.
On the whole plot there is free (unsecured) wireless, so you can surf all over the internet or possibly also work.
You can swim in the 500 sq m swimming pool or directly in the lake. There are 2 sand private beaches, the guests are exclusively available.
Bikes in various sizes are available for tours available, the bike path along the lake leads outside past the property.
There is a dining room in the interior of the villa, a dining area on the terrace with awning and another in the garden, surrounded by nature and especially for dinner very romantic!
To Siesta there are a covered terrace with lounge furniture.
Meals can be prepared in a top equipped modern kitchen or optionally on the Weber gas grill. Here you have all the essentials and much more at hand: Spices, fully automatic coffee machine, kitchen appliances, washer and dryer. Iron and ironing board, candles, ice maker (Side by Side refrigerator with freezer and an additional fridge with cling zones), any hand tools for the kitchen and a variety of glasses and dishes. You will not miss anything!
The equipment of the house is such that you have to travel only with your personal things, the remainder exists and is available.
The bathrooms are both equipped with 2 sinks and plenty of storage space. Towels, washcloths and beach towels are provided for you. The showers have a rainshower and hand shower are at ground level and designed like the rest of bathrooms with granite.
The entire house is heated by underfloor heating, so that the house in the winter time offers maximum comfort.
The beds are equipped with adjustable bed bases, which can be individually customized.
In the living area you enjoy the large windows that can be opened and offer direct access to the outside. Inside, you have a projector with screen to watch TV, or to watch movies on the multimedia system or listen to music. On the machine is a music library with about 20 000 titles of various styles.

Location and surroundings of object
La Gioiosa is sheltered and quiet on a bay, has 200 meters Lake border and only 1 neighbor: on the other side of the property there is a river and the bike path, and of course the sea!
The plot is completely enclosed and secluded. This also cars can be parked easily and safely. We have secluded parking for at least 4 large vehicles. Novate Mezzola is a small community, which lies at the northernmost part of Lake Como. There are shops for daily needs at the site, the corner shop within walking distance (300 m) in the morning offers fresh bread and what else you need. A larger supermarket is located in about 700 m distance.
To reach the villages on the east side of Lake Como and Como, you can use the highway, the about 10 km from the house begins. quickly help you achieve the desired goal. For the more enjoyable rides the road is recommended along the lake that takes you through the villages and is beautiful to drive.
The house itself is located in a nature reserve.

Wonderful time
This is a unique place, you have to come to feel this atmosphere. The views are stunning, and at the same time, they provide peace and relaxation. The town itself is also unique, full of interesting nooks. It is an ideal place for a trip with a dog; the huge fenced area allows for plenty of running around and swimming in the lake. We were only here for a week, and that is definitely too short. If circumstances allow, we will definitely want to come back. A wonderful concert with the owner. I wholeheartedly recommend it.

Dream holiday in perfect surroundings - long sought and finally found!
We (3 people and 2 dogs) have been looking for such a holiday home for a long time and quite honestly, Villa La Gioisa has exceeded our expectations by far (which we would never have thought possible). Our criteria for a perfect holiday with our dogs were (are)
- House: modern, clean, spacious (min. 2 bathrooms), fully equipped kitchen, large fridge / freezer, washing machine / tumbler, TV, barbecue, wifi, uncomplicated & sympathetic owners.
- garden" respectively park at Villa la Gioisa: detached, fenced, invisible, pool, high degree of privacy
When we booked the offer we could not really imagine that it would be exactly like on the pictures! However, when we drove along the private driveway to the property for the first time, we realised that the pictures corresponded to reality and we were simply speechless. The house exactly as we imagined and the park with swimming pond, simply a dream! We and our dogs spent a very fun (table tennis, badminton, boccia, swimming pond, etc.) and simply all-round relaxing holiday in Villa La Gioisa and are very grateful to the very friendly owners for letting us come again!

Super nice holiday in a dream location
We (2 families and 2 dogs) spent two wonderful, relaxing weeks in this luxury holiday home. The location directly on the lake with its own bathing beach and swimming pond is unique and the large park-like, completely fenced property was perfect for our 2 dogs, more privacy is not possible
The house is also very spacious and modern, we wanted for nothing, the view over the lake and the mountains from the living room is unique.
The contact with the landlord was super nice and the description of the house and property was 100% correct.
It was one of the most beautiful holidays we have ever had and we will definitely come back again.
