The cozy cottage is located in a small, quiet complex (2 x 9 houses) with landscaped palm garden and community pool right on the long sandy beach of Las Marinas only 10 minutes to the center of Denia / city.
In the immediate vicinity is the same 10,000-m² Park "basetes" with beautiful palm-lined avenues, playgrounds with fitness equipment, water games and a small bar. Ideal for evening walks in quiet surroundings ..
Description:
has The spacious and comfortably furnished terraced house for 2-6 people, a large terrace (20 m²) with private garden and direct access to the pool and beach. In the complex with an old shady palm trees is the large pool with integrated children's pool.
The living area comprises two floors.
In the Lower is a fully equipped open kitchen with a spacious living room, sectional sofa, large dining table with bench and fireplace, satellite TV, Free Internet (WIFI). The living room has direct access to the terrace and garden via a large glass sliding door.
A small staircase takes you to the two decorated Spanish-style rooms. One with double bed, the other with two large single beds.
In addition, the spacious bathroom is with WC and shower bath.
The large master bedroom on the upper floor is equipped with a large king-size bed, a sofa and direct access to the upper large terrace with beautiful sea and garden views.
All rooms with air conditioning u. Mosquito blinds.
In the basement there is a second bathroom with shower and toilet, a storage room with washing machine and a closed garage. There is also a car parking space right in front of a vehicle in the closed system.
Remarks:

You can take the plane to Alicante (80 km) or Valencia (90 km) to arrive and then continue by bus or rental car on the AP7 motorway to Denia.

Vacation in Denia
The holiday home was clean, well-equipped, and in a quiet residential area. The communal pool was well-maintained and never crowded – ideal for relaxing. Shopping options and restaurants are easily accessible. The landlords are very friendly, and the check-in is straightforward. Overall, a relaxing stay – would love to come back!

Perfect holiday home in a great location
The holiday house thrilled us. The location is excellent, right at the (not too crowded) sandy beach, very close to the beautiful Spanish town of Dénia with its harbor/castle/old town for strolling. Beautiful bathing coves for snorkeling can be reached by car. You can walk to Aldi/Rossmann, and restaurants and a park are within walking distance. The house itself is large, clean, and well-equipped; everything has been thought of (insect screens, air conditioning in every room, beach towels). The pool of the facility is also very nice and directly accessible from the terrace via a small garden (children could swim in the pool while we relaxed on the terrace). Highly recommended!

Great family vacation right on the beach
The holiday home offers everything you need for a relaxing vacation! The kitchen is well equipped and there are air conditioners in all rooms. The house is very well maintained and we immediately felt comfortable with our children. The view from the upper terrace of the sea and pool is fantastic.
The small holiday complex is beautifully designed with the large pool as the center. Here you quickly make contact with the other tenants. Through a small gate you can reach the sandy beach, which is not crowded in this section. We can definitely recommend the house!

Unforgettable holiday
I can only recommend this holiday home and facility to everyone. Beautiful location on the Costa Blanca. From the garden directly into the pool and a few steps further and you are right on the beach and the sea. So, direct access to the sea is really great. The house is very spacious. There is room, 2 bathrooms, and toilets, a large kitchen for cooking yourself, and the bedroom with terrace and sea view is a dream. What could be more beautiful than being woken up by the sun and the sound of the sea in the morning. For all you climbers out there: Buy the Costa Blanca climbing guide and tackle the rocks around Denia. Dreamy climbing rocks for sports climbing and multi-pitches (Penon de Ifach). The combination of climbing, the sea, and good food is simply a dream. And then in such a great house. Just a perfect holiday overall. If the women don't nag and the children don't scream. But luckily, that wasn't the case for us ;-)

Beautiful holiday in Denia
We had unforgettable days in Denia. Our holiday home was top equipped, very spacious (3 rooms + 2 bathrooms) and very clean. The house is located on a beautiful private beach, which was very pleasantly quiet at our holiday time. The accommodation is recommended for everyone, whether a young couple, a family or seniors, it is wonderful for everyone to live there. We were there mainly for climbing, relaxing and sightseeing. Thanks again to the friendly, warm and helpful hosts Monika and Werner!
