The bright, quiet and smoke-free flat for 2 persons has a fully equipped kitchen-cum-living-room with a comfortable corner bench, a large bedroom, a spacious bathroom with toilet and bidet, additionally a separate guest toilet and a large corridor with hallway. Here you will find several built-in cupboards with plenty of storage space for your luggage.

Relaxed stay in an impressive ambience
The villa is located in an upscale residential area. The houses, which were built at the beginning of the last century, are impressive and provide information about the upscale lifestyle of the residents at that time
In addition, the train station is a three-minute walk away and it takes 15 minutes to reach the cathedral and other highlights.
The rooms are very spacious, all equipped with a desk and TV
The cleanliness also leaves nothing to be desired. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for cooking.
The landlord is also very informative and eager to fulfil additional wishes.
We felt comfortable all around.

Perfect holiday in Speyer
Villa Mayer is a very spacious and well-equipped old building holiday flat in a quiet and central location, the ideal starting point for exploring Speyer and the surrounding area. During the summer heat, the flat maintains a pleasant temperature. We enjoyed our meals on the covered terrace with birdsong and a view of the garden.

Spacious and cosy holiday flat in a charming old house from the beginning of the 20th century in one of the most beautiful streets of Speyer. Very well equipped with everything you could need, especially in the charming, lovingly maintained and very well preserved kitchen from the 50s, which has been excellently supplemented with the latest top electrical appliances such as an excellent dishwasher, ceramic cooker, fridge and freezer, among others, absolutely nothing is missing. There is even a second, separate toilet next to the bathroom
The host, Mr. Torkler, is very nice, generous and helpful, a very great and wonderful person!
Central location, the main train station is practically next door and you can be in the city centre in a few minutes on foot
Highly recommended, you feel very well looked after. Would always love to come back! :-)
