Description

Cosy holiday home, approx. 60m², at the end of a dead-end street in Aidapark Tossens, situated on a 410 m² plot.
The house has two bedrooms: 1x with double bed,
1 x with bunk bed plus 1 single bed.
Living/dining room: wood-burning stove, satellite TV, Blu-Ray player, stereo. Books and games are available
There is limited wifi, free of charge.
The fully equipped kitchen, with crockery for at least 4 people, has all the usual electrical appliances, fridge with spacious freezer compartment, electric cooker with ceramic hob.
The bathroom is completely renovated. Heating is by natural gas central heating.
Cot and high chair on request (free of charge).
Outside, the lawn surrounding the house offers a number of opportunities for children to play.

Location and surroundings of object

The house is located in the Aida holiday park, which borders directly on the sea dike. The North Sea resort of Tossens is located at the north-western end of the green peninsula of Butjadingen. It offers the holidaymaker shopping facilities, restaurants, miniature golf, mudflat hiking and bicycle rental, as well as the opportunity to visit the tropical adventure pool "Aqua Mundo". The "Friesenstrand" is not only a paradise for children, but also invites the grown-ups to linger and sunbathe.
The flat land is ideal for excursions and bicycle tours.
Right in the neighbourhood of the Aidapark there is a small lake where fishing is possible with the appropriate permit.

The arrival and departure day is usually Saturday, in the low season also by arrangement.

There is also a spacious tool shed. Two simple bicycles can be used free of charge (for fetching bread), at your own risk. The terrace is equipped with a sunshade, garden furniture and a barbecue.
A car parking space is located on the property.

Everything perfect.

Here you can simply arrive and vacation. The house is equipped with everything you need. Everything has been thought of, from the band-aid to the bicycle pump. We were thrilled; the beautiful garden around the house is very well maintained. We can recommend it 100%.

Wonderful

We felt very comfortable in the holiday home Lillebo from the very beginning. The holiday home is very well located; you can reach the small village on foot, as well as the beach promenade and the bike paths. Lillebo itself is the best-equipped holiday home we have ever been to. Everything is really taken care of. You can find vinegar and oil, many spices, everything you need for cooking. Dishes and glasses for everything, and even really good knives. You can't even list everything. Additionally, there are fly screens on all the windows, which reassured me a lot in the fall :-). The beds are also really good. The contact with the landlord was very friendly. Since there were no problems at all, we had no questions. Only the highest praise. We would love to come back again. Thank you very much for this wonderful week in your Lillebo, dear Schaffmeyer family.

Quiet location and yet you can quickly reach the Wadden Sea or the town.

Top holiday home

We were welcomed with a small gift basket containing sweets and 2 picolos.
We were provided with drinks for the first day and toiletries were also provided.
In this holiday home, we were surprised by the top equipment...nothing was missing, besides DVD player and cable TV, the kitchen was really fully equipped. The rooms were lovingly decorated and everything was modernly furnished and top clean.
To our surprise, there was also an equipped children's room with CD player, audio games, board games and other small toys...my son was thrilled.
In addition, 2 bicycles were provided for the guests, but we didn't need them...we had brought our own.
If this cleanliness and furnishing of the house were standard in Germany, I would spend my holidays exclusively in such holiday homes.
We also know Center Parks (there is one next door) but the cottages are absolutely not comparable.
Once again, this holiday home is looking for its equal (probably in vain).
It's a pity that you can only give 5 stars here...I would also give 10 for this house.

Liebevoll gepflegtes Haus

This year, we had the pleasure of enjoying our vacation in this beautiful, well-maintained house. Everything was truly available, from dish soap to laundry detergent. Even two inflated bicycles were provided. These are needed if you want to have fresh bread, as the bakery is not easily reachable, even though it is practically behind the house.

If we choose Tossens again, we will definitely go for this house.

Ein Traum

We are completely satisfied in every way! Starting with the arrival, where we were welcomed with a basket of delicious treats, continuing with the absolutely great, clean, and cozy bungalow where nothing was lacking and we felt at home immediately; And ending with the charming village of Tossens, which speaks for itself. We have been there for the second time and are still convinced without any doubt of the place. Those who do not relax there and cannot find anything to enjoy are responsible themselves.

We thank the Schaffmeyer family from the bottom of our hearts for the perfect stay, the lovely contact, and if our choice falls on Tossens again, we would love to "nest" in this captivating holiday home again. :)

Simply great!

For the second time, we had the pleasure of staying in this lovingly furnished house during our vacation! It has everything one might need, and there is even a welcome gift on the table to greet you. The location of the house is excellent. The house is very clean and well-maintained!
We stayed in the house with 2 young children and 1 baby, and once again felt extremely comfortable. The landlords, the Schaffmeyer family, are very nice people, and we can only give them full marks as well! Unfortunately, the 2 weeks always pass by way too quickly. But one thing is certain, we would also book this house for a 3rd time!!!

Holiday in the holiday home Lillebo on the North Sea

We can only recommend this holiday home. The landlords, the Schaffmeyer family, have furnished the house Lillebo wonderfully. Nothing is missing. You feel comfortable right after arrival. You can enjoy your vacation immediately. It was also great that we could handle everything in advance via email. We were already in the house in 2012 and will not have been here for the last time. Great praise to the Schaffmeyer family and once again a big thank you for allowing our family to have such a wonderful vacation in your house.

Eine wunderschöne Woche

House "Lillebo" is a small house in the center of Center Parcs Butjadingen. It offers enough space for a family of 4 and is very conveniently located for walking to the nearby beach.
I could write a lot about the attention to detail with which the owners provide this small house for guests, about the great feeling of being welcomed, and how sad one is when one has to leave again because the vacation is over. . . . but I'll keep it short. Lillebo House is the most beautiful house we have rented so far. At the moment, I have Google Earth open and look down on Lillebo with nostalgia, thinking about the beautiful days in this house. Thank you to the owners for the great and above all simple handling. We would like to come back.

Very nice cottage - great vacation

The house is in very good condition and well-equipped. Everything you need for a vacation is available. It is very clean and cozy. The house accommodates a family of four. Our daughter loved the bunk bed, the many toys, and the playground at the Friesenstrand. The outdoor area is well-maintained. You can sit comfortably on the terrace and barbecue. We had nice weather on the last day and were able to use the grill. Unfortunately, we had cold, rainy weather the first few days. However, this did not dampen our spirits. In the evenings, we could make ourselves comfortable by the fireplace. We used the provided bikes daily. The contact and welcome were very friendly and warm. Within five minutes, you are at the North Sea. The owners offer great service. For example, they set up a baby cot and high chair for our little son without us having to ask. This is how you can tell how much love the landlords put into their LILLEBO to give us tenants a wonderful holiday.

sought, found, happy and content

One must simply enjoy this small but very fine holiday idyll. Nothing is missing, no one could furnish this house better. Everything else is also easily accessible nearby. Our granddaughter had a great time with us for a week.

free time activities: Es ist alles vor Ort was man braucht.

shopping facilities: Ein großer Supermarkt um die Ecke und Brötchen gibt es ab 6.30 Uhr jeden Tag, auch um die Ecke

Super gemütlich

A cozy holiday home where nothing is missing. Barbecue in the garden in good weather and relax comfortably with a fireplace in the house when it rains. Everything you need is there and it was super clean. A quiet and yet central location where you can really relax. We would book it again immediately.

Vicinity of the holiday home: Ein kleiner beschaulicher Ort, man kann gut und günstig was essen gehen, Kinderspielplatz direk am Strand(kein Sandstrand, Wattenmeer)

free time activities: Strand fußläufig oder mit dem Rad zu erreichen. Center Parc in der Nähe. Ausflug zum Jaderpark oder Quellbad in Varel lohnen sich auch.

shopping facilities: Mit dem Fahrrad oder Auto alles in der Nähe.
