Our newly built apartments are situated in a quiet location, surrounded by trees and gardens about 10 km distance to the Danube Valley and about 25 km to Lake Constance. Through a separate entrance is the tastefully appointed apartments in the attic for your car is a covered parking space (carport) are available, bicycles can be stored in the garden shed. The Apartment (1) is about 50 square meters and is equipped with a separate bedroom for 2 persons, a pullout sofa for 2 people in the living area or, alternatively, a travel bed for 1 to 2 persons. Shower, toilet, hand basin and many storage space is available for your daily body care. The Apartment (2) is approximately 75 square meters and is equipped with two bedrooms, a living and dining room, a separate kitchen and a bathroom with shower - bathtub. Other facilities: Bed linen and guest towels, bath towels, toilet paper are provided. Depending on a spacious balcony with garden furniture is at your recreation. Connection for TV and radio with all popular satellite channels. Making calls with charge meter is possible in every home. Baby cots are available. Kitchen with comfortable amenities such as coffee filters, four-burner stove with oven, toaster, egg cooker, electric kettle, dishwasher detergent, etc. The garden invites a seat with garden shed and brick built barbecue in to some cozy moments by the fireplace. Krauchenwies-Ablach about 5,000 inhabitants. With the municipality parts Ablach, Bittelschieß, Ettisweiler, Göggingen and Hausen The good geographical location (about 25 minutes to Lake Constance, 10 min to the Upper Danube Nature Park (Danube), 30 min in the Black Forest and the Swabian Alb, and one hour each in Switzerland or Austria) make the community an attractive location for day trips in the next environment. The attractive lakes (target finger lakes recreation area about 5 minutes) to the leisure facility SOUTH SEA (with a school), the well-shaded beach Krauchenwies, which was built in the lake restaurant-cafe in New Zealand, can be guaranteed no chance of boredom.

Simply incredibly wonderful....

What we were allowed to experience here deserves exactly this heading!

Arriving in a beautiful corner of Lake Constance, we felt right at home and in great hands

I would like to start with a very honest opinion about the landlords of the flat. It's very rare to find such warmth and kindness. #

The effort they make to make you feel at home is worth its weight in gold! Already at the reception, a homemade apple juice in the fridge, a cool water....without words, we certainly didn't know it like that before and we had been through one or the other holiday flat in the past....

As for the flat itself, we were really "flabbergasted"....if that doesn't mean anything, we were "flabbergasted" ;)
Super nicely furnished, modern with everything your heart desires, lots of space and so clean
The price/performance ratio is extremely good and we would recommend it to others! Actually, it's too "cheap", but of course we won't tell you that here ;)

We recommend this accommodation to anyone who is mobile, as it is a bit out of the way. Despite this, and precisely because of this, it was a really great experience. Heavenly peace and quiet in the evening, in beautiful surroundings.

We had already considered a number of programmes beforehand, and the tips from the landlords were again far better than setting off on our own...

We would be very happy to recommend this accommodation to others. Hopefully we won't have any conflicting dates next year, as we would be very sad if we weren't allowed to spend a few days here again....

First class holiday flat

A first class holiday flat in a quiet location
The landlord couple very nice and helpful at all times.
When we moved into the flat we were provided with a bottle of water and home-made apple juice...(very tasty, and can also be purchased there..we took a 5 l package with us)

So we will definitely, even if it was already the 2nd time,
we will definitely travel to Lake Constance again and rent this holiday flat again....

Comfortable holiday apartment that leaves nothing to be desired

It was total relaxation to be able to holiday in such a modern and well-equipped vacation apartment! A new bathroom, towels included, and many nice extras that we usually don't find in vacation rentals! Wonderful peace in a wonderful garden and super nice hosts... What more could you want... Beautiful surroundings - landscapes, culture, or swimming.... Everything is possible! We can only recommend it!

Great and clean flat, good location

Nice big flat (2 bedrooms) and above all very clean! The landlords are very friendly, water and apple juice were already cold on arrival. Toaster, egg boiler, coffee maker, towels, bath towels, washing up liquid etc. was all available. And excursion material was abundantly available. Brochures and also videos (BlueRay) about many sights are available in the flat. Good location for many excursions. Sigmaringen Castle 10 minutes by car, Lake Constance and several castles all within easy reach. Rhine Falls in Switzerland 1 hour by car. House in residential area, quiet location, but ideal for many excursions. Family Waibel, we will definitely come again!

Holiday+apartment+landlord everything super

The holiday was successful, we were lucky with the weather. The holiday flat 2 is equipped with everything, even toilet paper was sufficiently available. There is even a TV in the children's room, which made our teenage daughter very happy. Wi-Fi is of course also important and available. If you don't want to do the dishes, you can use the dishwasher. We were welcomed with delicious home-pressed apple juice and water. The landlords, the Waibel family, are very friendly and helpful and gave us lots of tips for excursions. There are also some folders and DVDs available to show everything again. The place itself is idyllic and it is wonderfully quiet, so right to relax. We sat comfortably on the balcony every evening. In the garden there is the possibility to barbecue and there is also a table with 4 chairs where you can eat it all. There is a lido near the village, which we can recommend. So, we were completely satisfied and will come back again sometime. The holiday flat is definitely to be recommended and the Waibel family are great people. Thank you.

If one had to allocate points on a scale of 1 - 10, a rating of 10 would be appropriate for this holiday apartment, a place to feel comfortable all around, even if the weather does not cooperate. Starting from the initial impression, a lovingly designed garden, a well-maintained apartment where nothing is lacking, and especially the numerous and well-organized suggestions for activities during the holiday, made it a pleasure to stay with the friendly landlords. Those planning a holiday in this region are in very good hands with the Waibel family.
