Description

Your studio consists of a bedroom, kitchenette, bathroom and terrace. All walls are painted white, the bathrooms are tiled to door height. The house consists of two floors. On the ground floor there is a holiday flat and two studios.
The studios have a shared entrance hallway, in which there is also a shared washing machine that they can use free of charge. The Tsompolis family, who also speak German and English, live on the floor above.
There are smaller beaches 50 m to the right and left of the house, 200 m further is the large beach of Plataria (approx. 1.5 km long). All beaches in Plataria are of fine gravel. All studios have air conditioning and heating in winter
Equipment of the studios
The rooms consist of 2 single beds which can be pushed apart if necessary. A travel cot can be added free of charge and folded up during the day. Each room has a dressing table with a pleasantly large mirror. There is a two-door wardrobe for your clothes. The windows and balcony doors have integrated insect blinds.
Kitchen Fitted kitchen with sink, electric hob and oven, coffee machine, fridge with freezer compartment, TV. You will find sufficient crockery and cutlery. Bathroom (shower) with washing machine for free use in the hallway. Covered terraces, with a view of the sea, with chairs and a table, parasol, barbecue. Bed linen and towels are provided weekly.

The holiday flat and studios Rosanna are quietly located directly by the sea in Plataria, western Greece, opposite the island of Corfu, 12 km from Igoumenitsa (ferry). Plataria is an original fishing village with many restaurants, cafes and good shopping facilities. The bathing beach is directly at the house. Special features: SAT-TV(all german speaking channels), washing machine air conditioning included!!! Mosquito nets on windows and doors Car parking space Small pets allowed. International press available in the village!
The building is located right at the marine of Plataria. It has an excellent location with main feature the tranquility. It has a large courtyard, landscaped in levels with greenery and many flowers. It has an infinite view of the sea (and the mountain), while the fresh wind is a pleasant addition to the place. The sunset is particularly breathtaking. Plataria, belongs to the Thyamidos district of theAdministrative District of Thesprotia. It is located in the interior of the bay of Plataria, between Plataria, seat of the newly established municipality of Sivota (Plataria, Argyrotopos, Faskomilia, Sivota, Polyneri, Skokrpiona) belongs to the county of Thyamidos of the administrative district of Thesprotia. It is located in the interior of the bay of Plataria, between Cape Agionisi and Cape Ieronisi and between the ports of Igoumenitsa and Sivota (Mourtos). Opposite Plataria is Lefkimi/Korfu and to the south the islands of Paxoi and Antopaxoi.
On the present site of Plataria, was the ancient Kalamini or Kalamonia of Stefanos Byzantios and Almini of Ptolemy, whose location was recorded north of Sivota.
After 1970, most of the inhabitants of Plataria moved from the mountains to the coast, and built a very beautiful settlement with a modern urban plan. There they have used thePLATARIA
Natural beauties of the bay and created new marinas, beaches, public spaces and green areas. At the same time, they placed great emphasis on cleanliness, environmental protection and hospitality towards visitors by building modern rooms, restaurants and other establishments.
