The Hus im Lee un Luv offers holiday comfort at its best with many technical amenities. There is plenty of space for the whole family on 117 m²

Take a seat in the cosy relaxation sofas and enjoy the view of the harbour - this is where the relaxing holiday begins! From the living room you have direct access to the terrace, which runs sideways as a veranda to the front
Wonderful barbecue evenings with a view of the Schlei and sailing ships sailing in and out are guaranteed here!

Delicious meals can be prepared in the modern, well-equipped kitchen with spacious dining area. It has a large induction hob, Nivona fully automatic coffee machine, oven, microwave, water and egg boiler, as well as a dishwasher

If, contrary to expectations, the weather does not cooperate, a variety of entertainment options are provided, as a flat-screen TV, Blu-Ray and DVD player and Teufel sound system are available

You can enjoy pure wellness & relaxation in the bathroom with large rain shower and large, adjacent sauna.

Large, comfortable double beds in the two bedrooms on the upper floor ensure a pleasant night's sleep. From the balcony you have a wonderful view of the harbour of Port Olpenitz.

In addition, the entire house is equipped with extensive lighting technology and panic buttons. The house is centrally heated in an energy-saving way by a wood pellet stove, which feeds the heat into the underfloor heating

The house is also equipped with 2 parking spaces, a shed for storing bicycles, washing machine, dryer, parasol and garden loungers.

For all hobby golfers and those who have always wanted to play golf, there is a special holiday highlight in the holiday property: With our "easyGolf card" you can use the great 6-hole course and the driving range of the Golfclub am Stenerberg (Rabenkirchen-Faulück) free of charge all year round and put your skills to the test!

Hus im Lee un Luv is located in the Baltic Sea resort of Olpenitz, on one side directly at the entrance to the harbour, on the other side you can see the Baltic Sea fjord Schlei with its mouth into the Baltic Sea. Here in the far north, maritime feeling is guaranteed!

Please note: Our holiday property is located in the OstseeResort Olpenitz - this new holiday resort is currently still in the development and expansion phase, so that corresponding construction activities on the site are to be expected. The travel prices have already been adjusted to this circumstance.

The Baltic resort of Olpenitz is a district of the town of Kappeln. It used to be a naval base and is now developing into a holiday resort. Kappeln is about 5 km away and became famous through the ZDF series "Der Landarzt"

Situated directly on the Schlei, the harbour town offers many sights - the only European herring fence still in operation, St. Nikolai Church, the Dutch windmill Amanda (popular wedding venue), but also the traditional smokehouse of the Föh family, where you should definitely try the delicious fish rolls

Numerous boutiques, ice cream shops and small shops invite you to stroll around town. In the evenings, you will find plenty of culinary delights in the restaurants at the harbour

Culture should not be neglected either: the Kunsthaus Hänisch offers changing art exhibitions in the Capitol, where you can watch all the latest films in the best quality!

Dream vacation with friends

We were with 2 couples at Hus im Lee and Luv and were thrilled. The house is splendidly equipped, in a modern and well-maintained design, one feels very comfortable. In the morning, you can have your coffee directly on the veranda by the water and hear the first seagull cries -> pure holiday feeling! We were at the beach almost every day, which is very close by, but only to come home and tan in the sun again. One actually wishes for a vacation without rain, but the one rainy day gave us the perfect opportunity to relax alternately in the sauna and in the spacious, cozy, bright living room. What a beautiful vacation, we would love to come back, even when the resort is finished!

Our vacation

The apartment has an ideal layout (for us), the towels were wonderfully soft. The kitchen's equipment was great. The upper floors need maintenance and some furniture shows noticeable signs of wear, but this constructive criticism is at a high level.

A big thank you to the ladies of Designer Tours: always open to listen, they try to quickly provide solutions to problems. Cleanliness and friendliness deserve all the stars here. The house is equipped with everything. However, its highly modern control system bothered us. Distributed throughout the house are rows of buttons with small labels; one has to find their way around first. Pleasant in the summer. During Christmas, however, we did not have it pleasantly warm enough, the heating could not be turned up higher for a longer period. Upon our complaint, the heating system had to be readjusted from a distance first. This frequently disturbed the pellet stove right next to the seating area in the living room with recurring unpleasant noises. After further consultation, at least the heating could be put to rest for the evening remotely.

However, the pellet stove right next to the seating area in the living room frequently disturbed us with recurring unpleasant noises. After further consultation, at least the heating could be put to rest remotely for the evening.
