In addition to our residence in Bochum Ehrenfeld we offer a newly created apartment with 50 square meter. The apartment has a separate entrance and a small outdoor patio.
The apartment is fully equipped with fitted kitchen and kitchen table, a cozy living area with flat screen TV, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with toilet and shower and a separate toilet with sink.
It is a Non smoking apartment and pets are not allowed.
Direct to the apartment there is a car parking area.
You can walk to downtown and the Schauspielhaus Bochum, Bochum in 15 minutes.
The nearest bus stop can be reached on foot 5 minutes.
