The house is situated in a residential area of Benimeit in a small side street without Na Vyhlidce goes towards the mountains and the port. To Moraira coastline is very varied with many rocky and sandy coves (By Spanish DLEG in high season Patrolled). In place of the sandy beach at Platja L? Ampolla. In the small neighboring El Portet, on the other side of the marina, the beautiful sandy beach at Platja del Portet. Due to its sheltered position Moraira has a very moderate climate and was classified as a health resort. Benissa, a charming little village lies at 254 meters above sea level in the hilly, terraced rear of Moraira and Calpe (each 10 km), surrounded by almond trees and vineyards. Well preserved town with quaint old mansions, narrow streets and beautiful squares. Many shops and restaurants. Interesting the gothic cathedral of La Marina, the Franciscan monastery from the 17th Century. and the Museum of Ethnology. Worthwhile excursions in the Sierra de Bernia (20 km) with mountains up to 1100 m altitude, crystal clear springs and cave passages. Interesting trips to the cities of Alicante and Elche or Guadalest, built a fortress in the rocks. Good Sports: Sailing (Moraira has a yacht and sailing boat harbor), windsurfing, diving, tennis, horse riding, golf.

Top-equipped family villa
The house is great for families with and without children (we were 5 adults). Everything is available that you might have forgotten at home or couldn't pack due to lack of space; especially, for example, towels and beach/pool "toys" like pool noodles or sun umbrellas. There was enough space for everyone in and around the house, and two cars can also be easily parked on the property. We particularly liked the large tent on the terrace, which fortunately had mosquito nets as walls. Each bed can also be protected with a mosquito net against mosquitoes, etc. The pool was perfectly adequate with a depth of 80-90 cm. There are two toilets and one shower in the house; another shower is outside by the pool. We also made good use of the grill and the washing machine. Just like the well-equipped kitchen with a gas stove, small oven/grill, microwave, and dishwasher.
The landlord, Ms. Frank, and her local contacts were very friendly and helpful.
The house is located in a quiet area and has a nice view. You can also walk to the city for a pleasant stroll (about 30 min.), but for the return trip, you should organize a car. By car, you can reach the city and supermarkets in about. 10-15 Min.
