The holiday apartment is only a few minutes' walk from a total of three supermarkets, a pharmacy, Sparkasse, etc.
Restaurants and pubs can also be easily reached on foot.
The city center of Speyer is only 3 km from here. There are numerous cycling and hiking trails in the region.
The bus stop to Speyer is about 7 or 8 houses away (around the corner), buses now run about every 30 minutes (depending on the day of the week and time). The stop for the return journey is a little further away (approx. 5 minutes on foot).
Parking at the house is possible. If the car is longer than 4.45 meters, then park on the street (free of charge).
There are numerous free parking spaces available on the street.

Great vacation rental near Speyer!
We are very satisfied with the vacation apartment and the nice landlady Daniela and would book it again at any time. The apartment is very spacious for 2 people and had an additional bed in the living room. Everything was spotlessly clean, we didn't miss anything, and if we had, Daniela would have certainly provided a remedy.
Everything you need is there:
- Coffee machine and kettle, including tea and coffee pods
- Towels in the bathroom, liquid soap, and bathroom cleaner
- Kitchen towels, dishcloths, dish brush, cleaning spray, sharp knives, freezer ...
- Six sets of dishes
- Balcony furniture, umbrella
- Sufficient power outlets, even an extension cord
- Large television and games, but we never used them because we were so busy!
As a tall person, you might bump your head on the sloping ceilings. But that is probably the case with any attic apartment. Despite being an attic apartment, we did not sweat even on hot summer days.
We especially enjoyed the extensive breakfasts on the balcony, with figs and peaches from the garden that we were allowed to taste, and the nice conversations, excursion ideas, and additional tips from Daniela. She adapted well to her guests and gave great advice that suited us perfectly. For example, we went to the Bruce Springsteen concert at the Hockenheimring and could use some good insider tips for getting there and parking. But even for Speyer, Heidelberg, the castles, and villages in the area, Daniela always provided us with practical information and was always ready for a nice chat.

Cycling holiday
Super central location, biker's paradise. Very nice landlords. The flat was clean and well equipped. We (54 and 57 years) felt comfortable and can only recommend the flat.
