Very nice house (new construction 2010)with large spaces for an unforgettable vacation directly on the sea in the immediate vicinity of the sandy beach (Le Ster)and not far (100m)from the small port Kerity with its shopping facilities .On the first floor : entrance hall,very large living room with sofa corner TV/SAT dining room and modern fitted kitchen with island,large French doors lead to the terrace (about 30m2)and a small fenced garden with direct sea view . Laundry room with access to the double garage,a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet ,and on the floor two large double and one triple bedroom,a bathroom with double sink and tub ,a separate toilet. All rooms have all wardrobes ,tables and armchairs ,bed linen is provided and beds are made on arrival. Underfloor heating (winter months).On request we are happy to provide baby equipment (bed,high chair, tub, sports stroller).

Great house in a beautiful location
When you arrive from the back, you don't realize what a wonderful house it is!
It really is just like in the photos! Equipped with all comforts.
Delightful view of the boats. My favorite are the 2 lazy chairs right next to the window. In the mornings, with a fresh cup of coffee, you can endlessly enjoy the ever-changing view of the boats and the passing people. It’s also wonderful to enjoy in the garden. The house was spotless and the reception from Mrs. Schumacher-Drezen was very pleasant. At the end of the (almost car-free) street, there are nice cafes, restaurants, and a bakery. There is a weekly market as well. A little further along the beautiful coast, you come to the lighthouse, which also has a number of nice places to eat and drink, as well as delicious pastries at Boulangerie du Phare. We did our shopping at the larger supermarkets in the area. Excursions to the beautiful beach Plage de Tronoën or the other way to Plage du Stêr.
Upon departure, we had a dead battery, but Mrs. Schumacher-Drezen got in touch with French roadside assistance and arranged jumper cables with the French neighbors so that we could depart in no time.
All in all, a beautiful house, great location, and top-notch landlord.

also the 2nd vacation was perfect
We love the location of the house, you can't get enough of the sea with the little boats in front of the house. There is also a very good bakery, a great fishmonger and some nice restaurants very close by. Also within walking distance is a beach. But we always drive a few minutes to Plage la Torche - a paradise and ideal for us with a dog. There is so much space and no one minds the presence of dogs.
About the house: everything we need is available. Everything is pictured and described on the rental portal as it is on site. Mrs. Schuhmacher-Drezen is easily reachable and the handover and return of the house is very nice and uncomplicated.
We will definitely come back and maybe for 2 weeks next time, as it is quite a long drive to this beautiful corner of France.
