Description
The living room is modern and cosy. The furnishings also include an internet-capable satellite TV. An all-glass sliding door leads out to the covered balcony. A rustic fireplace serves as a room divider. The dining area offers a direct view of the forest. The fully equipped modern fitted kitchen offers the usual standard. Comfort is also found in the bedroom with electronically adjustable slatted frames for restful sleep. The second bedroom offers enough space for another two persons/children. The front bed can be converted from a cupboard bed into a comfortable 90×200 cm bed.

The holiday home is idyllically located in a forest plot and offers peace and direct access to nature and activities in Franconian Switzerland. The picturesquely situated village of Obertrubach lies in the heart of the Franconian Switzerland Nature Park. The cosy village centre is within easy walking distance. In the village centre and the surrounding villages, you will find Franconian-good inns and a very good café, as well as a village shop with regional products, a bakery, a doctor and two banks.
Obertrubach is the ideal starting point for outdoor activities. It is located directly at the climbing El Dorado and offers Nordic walking trails, beautiful hiking trails and mountain bike trails.

Relaxing hiking holiday!
We moved into a cozy and completely furnished holiday home, decorated down to the last detail. The location at the edge of the forest is very quiet and relaxing.
Several hiking trails start directly here, which you can easily access.
The landlady is very friendly, nice, and extremely hospitable.
We will definitely come back here.

Super cozy holiday cottage
We spent five beautiful, cozy days in wintry weather and sunshine at the MONTI holiday home. After extensive hikes in the snow, starting directly from the holiday home, the great fireplace in the evening provided a rustic atmosphere with comfortable warmth. We would love to come back.

Beautiful timeout in nature
We were at the holiday home Monti with our dog, and it was simply magical! The host is very accommodating and takes great care to ensure a flawless and very special stay with much love for detail. We have already been to the holiday home Monti many times and always come back gladly. Our dog also loved it, as the house is located right in/on the forest, and you can start beautiful walks right from the front door.

Top holiday home with 1a equipment!
We had 7 nights in Mrs Geyer's Monti and felt very comfortable. You can only experience an interior like this in Franconian Switzerland, nowhere else! and Monti takes the cake again, it really has EVERYTHING! Inside and outside everything is very lovingly and chicly designed and furnished, we enjoyed it. Many thanks to Mrs Geyer!

We found a harmonious, comfortable, and fully equipped cottage. The charming landlady had thought of everything, including a comprehensive folder with tips for activities in the area. Larger shopping opportunities in Gößweinstein, Pottenstein, and Gräfenberg, numerous inns in the area, and plenty of space for hikers with dogs. Special praise goes to the experience that the guest has a completely fresh set of furnishings in the vacation rental, not just the usual items, which was very pleasant. If you wish, you can start hiking directly from the house into the forest. There is plenty of activity for climbers, as we could see during our excursions. If children are present, they will also find exciting activities in the immediate surroundings. We also want to mention the exemplary trail marking and the numerous beautifully placed benches.
