You live in a maisonette flat, which is divided as follows: on the ground floor you are invited to a spacious living-dining room with open kitchen. There is also a storage room with a washing machine. From the living area you have direct access via a floor-to-ceiling window to the beautiful, furnished terrace with adjoining garden of approx. 250 sqm, which invites you to relax. 2 bathrooms await you on the upper floor, one with bathtub and one with shower. Furthermore, there are 2 separate bedrooms. The first bedroom has a box spring bed (180 x 200), the second bedroom has a double bed (180 x 200), which can be easily pushed together. A child's bed is also available in all windows of the flat, which offers a beautiful view into the flat has the following equipment:- dining- leather corner couch- library- open kitchen with: Dishwasher, fully automatic coffee machine, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, egg boiler, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, 4 plate cooker with oven, baby food warmer, blender- LCD TV with satellite TV- hard disk recorder- radio with CD- car parking space is available on the property. Lychen - town of the seven lakes. The town of Lychen presents itself in the midst of lakes and forests. In the event of your withdrawal, the following cancellation fees will apply: a) For a withdrawal up to the 50th day before the start of occupancy, 20% of the total price. b) For a withdrawal from the 49th to the 30th day before the start of occupancy, 50% of the total price. c) For a withdrawal from the 29th day to the 10th day before the start of occupancy, 80% of the total price. d) For a withdrawal from the 9th day before the start of occupancy, or in case of non-arrival, 90% of the total price.
