You live in a maisonette apartment, which is divided as follows: on the ground floor, a spacious living and dining room with an open kitchen welcomes you. There is also a storage room with a washing machine. From the living area, you can access the beautiful, furnished terrace with an adjoining garden of approx. 250 sqm through a floor-to-ceiling window, inviting you to relax. On the upper floor, you will find 2 bathrooms, one with a bathtub and one with a shower. There are also 2 separate bedrooms. The first bedroom has a box spring bed (180 x 200), the second bedroom has a box spring sofa (160 x 200) that can be easily pulled out. A crib is also available.
From all the windows of the apartment you have a beautiful view of the garden. The apartment features the following amenities:

You can withdraw from the contract at any time before the occupancy begins. For your own interest and for the purpose of preserving evidence, we strongly recommend that you declare this withdrawal in writing to us. In the event of your withdrawal, the following cancellation fees will apply: a) For a withdrawal up to the 50th day before the start of occupancy, 20% of the total price. b) For a withdrawal from the 49th to the 30th day before the start of occupancy, 50% of the total price. c) For a withdrawal from the 29th day to the 10th day before the start of occupancy, 80% of the total price. d) For a withdrawal from the 9th day before the start of occupancy, or in case of non-arrival, 90% of the total price.
