You live in a maisonette flat, which is divided as follows: on the ground floor you are invited to a spacious living-dining room with open kitchen. There is also a storage room with a washing machine. From the living area you have direct access via a floor-to-ceiling window to the beautiful, furnished terrace with adjoining garden of approx. 250 sqm, which invites you to relax. 2 bathrooms await you on the upper floor, one with bathtub and one with shower. Furthermore, there are 2 separate bedrooms. The first bedroom has a box spring bed (180 x 200), the second bedroom has a double bed (180 x 200), which can be easily pushed together. A child's bed is also available in all windows of the flat, which offers a beautiful view into the flat has the following equipment:- dining- leather corner couch- library- open kitchen with: Dishwasher, fully automatic coffee machine, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, egg boiler, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, 4 plate cooker with oven, baby food warmer, blender- LCD TV with satellite TV- hard disk recorder- radio with CD- car parking space is available on the property. Lychen - town of the seven lakes. The town of Lychen presents itself in the midst of lakes and forests. The resulting natural conditions offered people the best retreats even in the earliest stages of development, and it is no longer the productive hunting and fishing grounds that entice people to stay.
