We felt comfortable.
Very nice reception upon arrival by the landlord Mr. Decker. We were there with 4 adults, 4 children, and 3 dogs. As far as the accommodation is concerned, everything we needed and even more was there, things that you don't have or have to pay for in other accommodations (e.g. washing machine). The house itself is very spacious and simply quaint, especially the party cellar. The garden was also okay and especially great for the dogs.
Now something about the review from May 23rd. If you look closely, you will always find something ^^. There was absolutely no musty smell to be smelled. Yes, the furniture is a bit old, but they were all stable and you didn't fall through the chair - :) It's an old house, after all.
The garden really isn't suitable for playing football, rather for chilling and listening to nature. If you want to play football with the kids, there is a playground with a football field nearby (about 100 meters).
To make it short, if you want to have a 5-star vacation, you might want to consider taking a closer look at the pictures, as you can see for the most part what you are renting.
Our conclusion is definitely that we will come back.

Kein Urlaub zum wohlfühlen
Leider war es für uns kein Urlaub zum wohlfühlen.
Wir waren 7 Erwachsene und 6 Kinder, die Ausstattung dafür war ganz ok. Es gab genügend Besteck und Teller und Sitzmöglichkeiten und die zimmeraufteilung für uns optimal. Die Lage ist auch toll, ruhig aber dennoch nicht weit zu Ausflugszielen verschiedener Art.
Der Partyraum war schön. Der Garten eigentlich auch, aber sehr ungepflegt, nicht mal der Rasen war gemäht obwohl ich immer betont habe dass wir mit 6 kleineren Kindern anreisen.Das Gras war fast kniehoch bei uns Erwachsenen, sodass es für die Kinder nicht möglich war wenigstens mal Ball zu spielen.
Auf den Bildern sieht alles recht ansprechend aus. Das Möbel ist in die Jahre gekommen, was nicht weiter schlimm ist. Aber der muffige Geruch im ganzen Haus war sehr unangenehm.
Vorallem die Hygiene entsprach nicht unsren Vorstellungen. Da wir schon viele verschiedene Ferienhäuser besucht haben wissen wir auch dass diese sehr unter dem standart lag.
Wir waren froh dass das Wetter so toll war und wir nur die nötigste Zeit im Haus verbringen mussten.
Eigentlich ein wirklich schönes Haus mit viel Potential.

All good except for the beds
Unfortunately, the condition of some of the mattresses is a negative point. These seem to be in urgent need of replacement. You could feel the springs just by running your hand over them. It was not possible to lie on the stomach, as the springs then stabbed painfully into the ribs.

absolut empfehlenswert
Es war alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Für Großfamilien oder befreundete Familien ideal. Schöner großer Esstisch, voll ausgestattete Küche, verschiedene Schlafräume, 3 Toiletten, Garten konnte alles genutzt werden, Grill ist vorhanden und wurde von uns genutzt.
Hervorzuheben ist auch der Partyraum mit Bullerjan, welcher den Raum abends schnell aufheizte.
Ideal ist das Ferienhaus, um Wanderungen zu unternehmen. Mit dem Auto ist schnell alles erreichbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ca. 10 min Autofahrt entfernt. Miniaturpark in Wehlen ist schön anzuschauen. Das Eiscafé Reinholz in Dürröhrsdorf-Dittersbach ist absolut empfehlenswert.
Uns hat alles sehr gut gefallen und wir können das Ferienhaus nur weiterempfehlen.
Wir selbst kommen bestimmt auch noch einmal wieder.

Weekend trip with friends
A great weekend spent, despite bad weather. We were 8 people (4 couples + 1 child). Everything was available (from egg cups to table tennis paddles and child beds!). There is a lot of space in this house and many seating options. The party room with a Bullerjahn is ideal. We can only recommend this house and will definitely come back once.
