Location and surroundings of object
The new villas are slightly elevated about 200 m off the main road in the district of Nai Harn, Ban Sai Yuan, in a small side street Soi Toachae Uthit. It is very quiet and the houses are surrounded by lush greenery. It is about 2 km to Rawai or Nai Harn beach. An inexpensive taxi service is available by arrangement. Phuket is probably the best known holiday island in Thailand. The pleasant year-round climate (26 to 32 degrees C) with little rainfall between December and May and a little more rain from June to November make holidays fun all year round.
