Description
The house consists of 2 bedrooms with double beds.
An open kitchen adjacent to the living area with direct access to the terrace. Large plot free zugehbar.
Satellite TV and Internet access. Pets are allowed, however, live on the property friendly dog and cat.
The pool has been newly built in May, 2015. It still lacks a little decoration. The pool is only used by the guests of the Casa Grisi. You will find peace and relaxation after excursions or a day at sea.

The house is located about 3 kilometers from Grisi amid the hilly vineyards.
The only neighbor is a small winery, which like to invite to a wine tasting. The nearest sandy beach is about 15 kilometers. The capital Palermo is located in about 45 kilometers. there are approximately 30 km to Palermo airport. The villages, located near the sea, for example Balestrate and Trappeto are about 15 kilometers away. The wonderful town of Castell al Mare is about 25 kilometers. In nearby Grisi a supermarket, a bakery and a butcher. Also a Restaurante is in place.

Rest and relaxation between vineyards and olive trees...
In a slightly elevated location, this beautiful holiday home is nestled between vineyards and olive trees - a pool completes the picture.
The house has everything you need and is functionally furnished. You arrive at the house and feel at home.
Everything you need for relaxation is there. The shops are also quickly accessible, not to mention the small supermarket in Grisi. Palermo and the surrounding municipalities are worth a visit. The sea is also not far away. We felt very comfortable and rested well. We would gladly come back.

1 week Casa Grisi
Casa Grisi is situated in hilly surroundings with a fabulous, postcard-like view of the surrounding vineyards. Conveniently, there is a very friendly winery right next door. For all other activities, a car is absolutely necessary from our point of view. The small village of Grisi is rather difficult to reach on foot, unless you risk the courageous walk along the main road. Grisi itself doesn't offer much, but here you can still feel what real, original Sicilian life seems to be like.
The contact with the landlord as well as with Michele on site is absolutely outstanding and gave us a lot of pleasure both before and after the trip. I have never encountered so much friendliness and flexibility in holiday bookings before. The recommendations from the landlord on restaurants, excursion destinations and much more were also very helpful for us and met our taste. What could be better than first-hand information from people who know the area?
It must be clear that you are not booking a luxury property in a posh location in Sicily. That goes without saying, given the price. For those who are ready for the relaxed Italian lifestyle and for whom great comfort is not the most important thing, this accommodation offers everything you need for a happy holiday.

A week of seclusion in the middle of the vineyards
Both Guido as the landlord and Michele on site made us feel welcome in the house and in Sicily at all times. The accommodation is beautifully quiet and from the terrace you have a great view of the vineyards. We loved the pool, the beaches, the great food and the beauty of the island. We would love to come back anytime.

Pure relaxation!
A beautiful accommodation in the middle of the vineyards, just like in the photos!
Here you can enjoy your holiday in absolute peace and quiet and discover the beautiful surroundings by car. Michele is always on hand if you need anything or have any questions. The winery serves delicious Grillo, which is highly recommended. I will definitely come again.

We spent our annual holiday here in September 2018.
Contacting the landlord is uncomplicated.
The holiday home is idyllically located in the middle of vineyards.
Absolute tranquillity is a given.
A vehicle is absolutely necessary. The holiday home is in very good condition and is as described. Michele is on hand if you have any questions.
Otherwise you are on your own.
For us it was one of the best holidays.
