Beautiful holiday home with a large pool and a stunning view of the sea and the old town of Vrbnik. The house is in a quiet location, everything is within easy walking distance.
The living room with the dining area and the kitchen is one unit with an exit to the terrace with a beautiful sea view and the old town. In the living area, there is a sofa bed for one person.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric cooker with 4 hotplates, oven, fridge and freezer, filter coffee machine, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, and water heater.
Dishes, pots, cutlery, and towels are available.
House has 2 bedrooms both with an en suite bathroom. One bedroom is on the ground floor and the second bedroom is on the first floor and has an exit to the large balcony overlooking the sea and the old town. In the upper bedroom, there is a french bed and a single bed. A cot is also available on request.
House Mela has 2 bathrooms with a shower in each bedroom and separate toilet downstairs. Hairdryer and washing machine are available.
House Mela has a 32 m2 pool (open from May 15th till October 15th) and a large garden.
House Mela has a large covered terrace on the ground floor and a balcony on the first floor with a unique sea view.
Seating and parasol are available and barbecue. Parking is on the property.
House is very well equipped, the internet, satellite tv, radio, and air conditioning are included in the price. Pets are not allowed. Bed linen is provided weekly and towels are changed twice a week. House is for single-use - the whole house is only at your disposal.
