Location and surroundings of object
The holiday apartment is located in the center of Kefferhausen in a cul-de-sac. Despite this central location, you can expect a very quiet apartment. The holiday apartment is on the first floor of our house. Our garden area includes a barbecue house, swimming pool, a pond with many fish, as well as a playground for our little guests. Kefferhausen is a small, tranquil, rural village with about 700 inhabitants. The Unstrut originates here. On site you will find a bakery and a restaurant. In the neighboring town of Dingelstädt, which is about 1.5 km away, you will find further shopping opportunities such as supermarkets and smaller shops as well as a gas station and various restaurants.
Mühlhausen, Heilbad Heiligenstadt, and Leinefelde can be reached by car in about 15 - 20 minutes or also by bus. Göttingen, Duderstadt, and Nordhausen can be reached in about 45 minutes by car. A bike path leads from Kefferhausen along the Unstrut to Naumburg.

The balcony is suitable for smoking. Otherwise, smoking is prohibited in all rooms.
The holiday apartment is also suitable for construction workers. We have filled a beverage fridge with various drinks for you. You can purchase these via the honesty box. Shopping before arrival is possible upon request. We will find out information about events or activities during your stay for you. Many interesting excursion destinations can be reached in the nearby area. Bed linen and towels are provided. However, please bring your own towels for the pool area. When using the pool, parents are responsible for the safety of their children. Non-swimmers may only enter the water with swimming aids or with an adult. Various swimming aids and water toys are available. We kindly ask our holiday guests to inform us in advance about any planned visits from additional persons.

We built this big house 30 years ago. As is so often the case, we planned it for our children. They then moved out, and we now want to continue to use the living space sensibly. We are very happy to have guests and have found a task that we enjoy. Since my wife and I have often slept away from home for years, we liked the idea and put it into practice.
