The rooms in the recently built house are located in the center of the city, 100m from the church and 100m from the seaside (150m from the stairs to the beach) and 600m from Aquapark „Helios” with indoor and outdoor pool, waterslides and tennis courts. There is a new cheap discount wery close as well. Ustronie Morskie is a typical tourist town near Kołobrzeg with sandy beach and a coastal cliff. There is a pine park, fishermen’s harbour, many restaurants and cafe, fish fry bars and other catering outlets offering good cousine made from local products. You can also enjoy numerous interesting attractions like Amusement Park, disco, dance space with live music.
Our ground is fenced with the places to park all cars. Our guests can grill, childrens can play save on the grass pitch with outdoor lighting. They can play badminton, volleyball, football. The youngest can enjoy swings, a trampoline and sandpit. Both the hole ground and the house are well maintained and clean. There is free WI-FI zone. Although our Guest House is in the centre of Ustronie Morskie City it is save and calm here. We invite You warmly!
We offer rooms for 2, 3, 4 persons, mostly with balcoons and one small, but well equipped summer house near the main building. Every room is provided with:
WC , the sink and the shower
TV (15 chanels with digital quality)
a refregirator, a kettle
glasses, caps, plates, utensils
the beach equipment (blankets, beach folding chairs, windbreaks).

The whole equipment is new. All rooms have the same standard and furnishing. If you are interested, you can buy meals in the dining in the close neighbourhood. Breakfast – 8zl, Dinner – 16 zl. Children – half price. There is a posibility to buy physiotherapy treatments in the sanatorium 20m from our Guest House.

Relaxing holiday under the dandelion
The accommodation with the Skopowski family is very well maintained and the couple is very friendly and helpful. They are available for any questions and also try to speak and understand German. The proximity to the beach and the stalls in the town were very nice and ideal for an evening walk and a little stroll through the stalls. The sights in the town and only a few kilometres further on were inviting for sightseeing and exploring. Overall, it is a very relaxing place with the beach and also the location of the accommodation are great and invite you to relax
We would like to thank the Skopowski family for this great and very relaxing holiday and look forward to seeing them again soon.

Super recreation!
The house and the rooms are absolutely great. Our accommodation was very clean. The beach is also very clean and within easy reach. The hosts are very nice and friendly. I can only recommend this house.
