Located directly in the old town, in a historic captain's house, this new holiday accommodation invites you to a maritime holiday in the Schleistadt
The 58-square-metre apartment is perfectly suited for 2 people and offers a cosy living room with a wood-burning stove, TV-DVD and Wi-Fi as well as modern comforts, but also a maritime, high-quality ambience.
The bedroom has a double bed in 180x200, wardrobe and another seating area and faces the backyard, where a cosy terrace invites you to linger outside.
The bathroom has a large shower, the kitchen, which can be reached via a small staircase with 4 steps, has a dishwasher, cooker with oven and the usual utensils.
The furnishing of the whole flat is tastefully coordinated and fits perfectly into the ambience for a holiday by the sea in a historic old town house.
On the ground floor, there is a small communal terrace for guests to share and a lockable shed for safe storage of the bicycles they have brought with them
The flat can also be booked together with the "Möwennest" holiday flat on the upper floor as one unit.
Various public parking facilities (some with costs) are within walking distance
A maximum of one pet can be brought along for an extra charge. Non-smokers.

Various public parking facilities (some with costs) are within walking distance. The idyllic harbour town of Kappeln on the Schlei and Baltic Sea is a state-recognised health resort, known among other things for the ZDF series "The Country Doctor" as the film location "Deekelsen"
Nestling in a gently rolling landscape directly on the Schlei, close to the Baltic Sea, Kappeln is located in a holiday region that offers ideal conditions for a wide variety of activities on land and water.
With its sights, charming harbour and attractive pedestrian zone, Kappeln invites you to linger. The colourful business world as well as the cosy restaurants and cafés make for a pleasant and entertaining stay.

Beautiful!
The cottage or holiday apartment is just as dreamily beautiful and lovingly furnished as seen in the photos. I was thrilled!
One to two people will find a cozy paradise here with a cozy fireplace, comfortable sofa, bathroom with tub (and plenty of hot water), and a fully equipped kitchen. There are only minor drawbacks to the location, namely that the cobblestone street runs directly in front of the living room, so depending on the speed of passing cars, it can get a bit loud. And one is not completely shielded from curious glances ;-) However, the bedroom is located at the back, so one can sleep and dream undisturbed.
During the key handover, fresh eggs from the farm were provided, along with shopping tips, and an impromptu extension of the stay was not a problem. Book without hesitation!
recommend for: cultural and sightseeing holiday, holiday for singles, romantic holiday
shopping facilities: Kappeln bietet - soweit ich das gesehen habe - einiges an Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, jedoch eher für "ältere Semester" (ich bin Mitte 20). Positiv überrascht war ich vom ansässigen Bio-Supermarkt, der eine große Auswahl an frischem Obst und Gemüse, Brot und Käse anbietet, sowie reichlich Bio-Produkte sowie vegetarische und vegane Lebensmittel bereit hält. Top!
