Description
The renovated bathroom has underfloor heating, an infrared mirror heater, and a spacious (1x1m) barrier-free shower. In addition, there is another separate toilet with a hand basin in the house. The house entrance is covered and protected from the weather, and a large hallway provides space for shoes and jackets.
The property, which is screened by hedges, is 342 m² and has 2 terraces and an outdoor grill.
There are two private car parking spaces immediately next to the house. For electric or hybrid vehicles, there is the possibility to charge at the house via an 11 kW wallbox. The house is equipped with air conditioning in the living area and the master bedroom.

Location and surroundings of object
The house is located in a quiet family bungalow complex with 30 chalets, about 1000 meters outside the seaside resort of Renesse, within a 10-minute walk from the beach and only 1.5 km from the Grevelingendamm, the meeting point for surfers and kiters in Zeeland. In addition to the direct beach access, there is a nearby disabled-friendly access with parking lot, paved barrier-free dune path, and a large beach café. The expansive beach with magnificent dunes is divided into different sections and, with many beach cafes, also offers places for dog owners to stay.
Renesse is a well-known holiday resort in the Netherlands. It has extensive, wide beaches with an attractive range of leisure and sports activities. Some of the beach entrances are accessible for people with disabilities and offer many beach pavilions with sheltered sun terraces and local food options. The town center offers many options for leisure activities with numerous boutiques, small shops, restaurants, bars, discos, a bowling alley, ice cream parlors, and supermarkets. In summer, you can use a free shuttle bus.
The Schouwen-Duiveland peninsula offers many attractions. The nearby towns of Zierikzee and Veere offer a medieval flair. The Neeltje Jaans tidal power plant with its storm surge barriers is an interesting excursion destination, alongside extensive walking forests of Westernshouwen and Burg Hamstede.
Seal banks and guided boat tours as well as the numerous museums complete the cultural offerings.
For shopping trips, the larger cities of Goes or Middelburg are recommended. Rotterdam is also only an hour's drive away and offers both shopping opportunities and architecturally outstanding sights.

The house is generally rented only to families and not to young people, groups, clubs, company outings, etc. Attempts to deceive when renting will result in the loss of the rental right without reimbursement of the rental payment.
For new customers, we reserve the right to require a deposit. For an extension week, the rental price for the second week is reduced by €100.
Regular customers receive an additional discount.
Due to limited capacities of the cleaning company, changes can now only occur on Saturdays.

Had a super week
A very nice and clean apartment. Cleanliness is often a problem, here it's top-notch. For all eventualities, there is a phone number; the landlord is reachable if needed. Highly recommended.

Super
We stayed in this very cozy holiday home in September and we felt comfortable and very well rested there. It is beautifully furnished and we didn't miss anything. Vacation from the first day. We were really lucky with the weather and it is highly recommended with a pet, especially because the property is fenced. We will definitely come back.

Hello! We stayed at the Zirngibl family holiday home for 14 days, and I must say that we really enjoyed it. One must actually give more than 5 stars as the kitchen and bathroom have been newly installed and are well done. Long story short! The holiday home is definitely recommended. All top!! Have already vacationed there twice, highly recommended.
Location: Beach within walking distance in just 10-15 minutes, lovely beach cafes along the beach in another 10 minutes. Surrounding areas easily accessible by bike or car.
House: New bathroom, walk-in shower. New kitchen, fully equipped. No carpet, smooth and new floors. Four beds available, large enough, cozy living room. TV, radio, satellite dish, various games available.
House property: Almost not visible, hedge height around two meters. Dogs and children cannot "escape" through the fence. Those seeking sun or shade on the property will find both all day. Two parking spaces directly at the house.
Complex: Very well maintained. Visitor parking spots available in the complex. Cameras monitor the main (car entrance) and side entrance (beach path) of the complex.
