Description
The holiday home was built in 1980 and completely renovated in 2012, with high-quality and modern furnishings.
The accommodation has - a living room (23m²) equipped with living area, wood-burning stove and TV with adjoining terrace (20m²)
- one bedroom (16m²) with double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers
- one bedroom (11m²) with 2 bunk beds. By pulling out the lower bed drawers, 2 additional sleeping accommodations can be achieved.
- the large bedroom is a passage to the small bedroom
- a kitchen (15m²) with fitted kitchen and dining area for up to 7 persons and a terrace in front (approx. 18m²)
- a bathroom with shower, WC and washing area
There is an outbuilding on the property with storage space for fishing tackle and bicycles. Of course you will find garden furniture and a barbecue on the terraces.
In the outbuilding you will find two 28" trekking bikes, which can be rented for a small fee. A 24" youth bike, an 18" children's bike and a running bike are available free of charge.

Location and surroundings of object
The property is located in a tranquil holiday home settlement with a direct view of Lake Blank (approx. 30 m). There you will also find the jetty with seating and a rowing boat. At the back, the approx. 700 m² property is bordered by the Basnisbach stream. In the settlement with exclusively residential traffic, children can move freely and go on a discovery tour. A bathing beach is located at a distance of approx. 180 m and is reserved only for the guests of the settlement. Another extensive sandy beach (for a small fee) with a slide and pedal boat rental is located on the camping site at a distance of approx. 400 m. Blanksee or Blanke See is a lake in the district of Parchim in the south. It lies between the Siggelkow districts of Klein Pankow in the southeast and Groß Pankow in the southwest and the village of Burow in the north. Directly on the lake, on a slope, there is a holiday home settlement in the southeast and a campsite in the east. the Elde River runs 750 metres to the northwest. The lake covers an area of 18 hectares. The idyllically situated holiday home settlement in the forest is accessible via a sandy path only for residents with cars.

Very well-equipped university in a very beautiful environment
I have rarely found such a well-equipped holiday home. Everything that was described and much more is available. I missed nothing.
The holiday home has two terraces. One at the back next to the entrance and a larger one facing the lake, accessible through the living room.
The holiday home is located in a quiet small bungalow settlement, in a very beautiful environment. Those who, like me, seek peace on vacation will find it here. A short path (approx. 100 meters) to the dock with rowing boat and fishing opportunities. A path of about 350 meters through a strip of forest leads to the bathing area of the settlement. It is small, but sufficient. It has a sandy access to the lake and a sunbathing area. From the holiday home, it is only a few kilometers to Parchim for shopping and strolling. It also served as a starting point for various tours. For example, the lake can be circled on foot (about 3 km). Various destinations can be reached by bicycle. Even on Komoot, Blanksee is registered.
Four out of five stars for cleanliness, as the terrace furniture and the terraces were not clean. A smell problem was quickly resolved after a call to the landlord. The odor trap of the hot water storage tank had dried out. Like all vacation home landlords I/we have dealt with in recent years (decades), who cannot always clean themselves, they have little choice in high-quality cleaning companies. The communication with the landlord regarding the booking, before and during the stay was very friendly. A small reported issue with the TV reception was promptly resolved by the landlord.
I will definitely come back.

Very beautiful holiday home
A very beautiful holiday home.
Inside stylishly, modernly, and comfortably furnished.
The amenities are great.
The location is very quiet by the lake. Here you can let your soul dangle.

We were here.
Preliminary: For everyone looking for "Halli Galli," crowds, and parties on vacation, this holiday home is unsuitable.
For those who find the sound of the brook behind the house, the rustling of leaves in the wind, and the silence of seclusion like good music, this place is perfect.
Comfortably equipped, with everything one needs.
The charcoal grill is really good (I’m a gadget griller) and I was thrilled.
The contact with the landlord is very good and you can always ask for help. Actually, you're not supposed to give 5-star ratings here, as otherwise you have no chance of booking.
But we do it anyway.
We spent 2 weeks at the "end of the world" and would love to come back.

Pure relaxation
We were allowed to stay in this house with our daughter for 14 days. You don't often find such a clean and well-furnished house. We didn't notice anything that was missing. And it was very clean! In every room, there is at least one window for ventilation, which kept the mosquitoes at bay outside. With just a few steps, you reach the dock where the boat is located, and in the house, you find plenty of life jackets, even in children's sizes. The bathing beach is just a few meters through the forest. If not for a few people occasionally using the pedal boats from the campsite, we would have had the lake to ourselves.
The silence is indescribable. Besides a few birds, you hear nothing. So it's pure relaxation and rejuvenation.
A big compliment to the landlord, Mr. Richert. In advance, we received information from him, and during our vacation, he inquired whether everything was okay.
We can only recommend this house.

Pure peace and relaxation
If you want to take a break from the stress and hustle of our time for a while, this is the perfect place. Pure nature and absolute tranquility can be found in this beautiful spot on earth. A truly beautiful and well-equipped holiday home makes it even easier to switch into relaxation mode, and the contact with the very nice landlord is completely uncomplicated. We have already booked again for this year ?
