Location and surroundings of object

The house is located in a well maintained gated residence. A Concièrge is always present in the settlement. In just 7 minutes on a dirt road to get to the kilometer-long broad sandy beach. There are shops and restaurants in the vicinity. In the area is the community pool, the only holiday residences are allowed to use. In 5 minutes you are with the car in the center of Städtli Valras. In high season a "Petit Train" all day until midnight goes to the center and back.
Walking along one reaches the sea in about 40 minutes Städtli zBam.
