Description
Both holiday homes have a size of approx. 75 sqm each and have the following features:
A spacious living / dining area with wood-burning stove, TV and music system;
A fully equipped kitchen with stove/oven, extractor hood, refrigerator, dishwasher, espresso machine;
Two separate bedrooms (one with double bed, one with two single beds);
A bathroom with WC; washbasin, shower;
Hallway area and direct access to the garden / courtyard area;
Central heating and hot water solar assisted.
A washing machine can be used if required.
All cottages have solid plank wood floors in the living area and terracotta tiles in the kitchen, bathroom and hallway. The furniture reflects the character of the houses through a tasteful combination of form, material and colour. The holiday flats each extend over a ground floor area and an attic. All holiday flats are non-smoking.

Location and surroundings of object
The landscape is characterised by meltwater channels of ice-age origin, in which a chain of smaller lakes has formed. One of them is the Gabelsee (7 km). It has very good water quality and is a pleasant place to swim with a child-friendly public sunbathing area and volleyball court.
In a southerly direction (12 km), the Oder-Spree Canal flows into the Spree shortly after the Kersdorf lock.
Riding lessons can be organised at a riding stable in Briesen (6 km), as can carriage rides in the Landau.
In the summer months, Neuhardenberg (25 km) offers cultural events with concerts in front of the unique Schinkel architecture as a backdrop. But art (and craft) and cultural events also flourish in many smaller towns.
Traffic density on the country roads and connecting roads is low. Cyclists find very good conditions for excursions here. The village of Wilmersdorf, with about 200 inhabitants, lies not far from the English manor park of Alt-Madlitz. It is a typical Angerdorf with a church in the centre and a village pond. Even the stork family on the church roof is not missing.
The holiday flats are located outside the village, surrounded by meadows, forests and fields.

A holiday home that leaves nothing to be desired! (More than) everything is provided for and you can just sit back and enjoy your holiday.
