Location and surroundings of object

Our modern and spacious holiday flat is located in Grainau only a few minutes' walk from the village centre. In a quiet, absolutely sunny location. Public transport and shopping facilities are nearby. We offer a bread roll service for breakfast. Wonderful mountain view from the flats. The holiday flats offer an ideal starting point for hikes or other activities. We have 3 holiday flats and are here for you all year round. Summer and winter, our region offers a variety of possibilities. Whether you go hiking, golfing, biking or skiing, you will be impressed by the enchanting mountain world. The Zugspitze or Kreuzeck/Hausberg ski areas are only 5 minutes away by car

Grainau is a beautiful little village at the foot of the Waxensteine and the Zugspitze, only 5 km from Garmisch-Partenkirchen. From here you can enjoy wonderful hiking, skiing and snowboarding on the Zugspitze and in the Hausberg- Kreuzeck area. You can reach the skiing areas in just 5 minutes by car. There are also several golf courses nearby. An active holiday with lots of adventure such as rafting, fishing, and paragliding is also possible at any time. Even the royal castles of Neuschwanstein and Linderhof are close by. We also have beautiful lakes for swimming such as the Eibsee, the Rissersee, the Pflegersee, but it is also not far to the Walchensee and the Starnbergersee. A boat trip can also be very relaxing. Those who prefer a wellness holiday will also get their money's worth in Grainau. Mountains, nature, hiking, climbing, enjoying the mountain panorama, the panoramic view of the Alps, the Zugspitze, the mountains, in our family-friendly house everyone is sure to get their money's worth and can enjoy a carefree holiday.

Lovingly furnished apartment in a great location

We spent a week in the holiday apartment with our 10-month-old son and it was simply beautiful! We were offered a high chair and travel cot when booking. When we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and were even able to check in earlier than originally stated. Especially with a baby, this was great, of course! We felt very comfortable and would always spend our holiday in this lovely accommodation again.
