The holiday apartment is located on the ground floor of a single-family house with a garden and a small outdoor seating area.
The combined living and sleeping area is about 23 sqm in size, features a double bed (can also be set up as 2 single beds), and a seating area that can quickly and easily be converted into one or two extra beds (1m x 2.20m or 2m x 2.20m, spring mattresses). A baby bed can be provided free of charge.
In the separate kitchen-living room, which is divided by a door, you can prepare your own meals.
Adjacent mini-bathroom with shower and WC.

The bright and quiet holiday flat is located in Freital's high location (Windberg) 300 m from the Dresden city border, whose city centre can be reached by car in approx. 13 minutes. The city bus takes you to Dresden's main railway station in 17 minutes. In 3 minutes walking distance you can reach bus stops to Dresden, Freital, Bannewitz or Possendorf. There is a bakery, a restaurant, a café, a general practitioner, a supermarket in 4 minutes by car (shopping service is possible by arrangement) and the motorway A17, which leads to Prague, in 8 minutes.
Hikes are possible to the nearby forest of the Windberg, the Kaitzbachgrund, the railway embankment. Freital is a small town, which borders directly on Dresden and has 38000 inhabitants. There is a cultural centre, a leisure sports park (indoor swimming pool with slide, sauna area, tennis, ice rink, bowling, fitness), 2 outdoor swimming pools, Burgk Castle with mining and art museum, hospital. You can take the steam-driven narrow-gauge railway through the picturesque Rabenauer Grund to the Malter dam and hike back along the Weisseritz river.

Super great accommodation
Ms. Richter has a great place here for someone who is not demanding! Very cozy! We slept so well here ? the bed is super comfortable and the amenities are totally fine for a few days! The bathroom is very small but we knew that! The parking is a few meters away but that was okay for us too! Ms. Richter welcomed us very kindly!

Gem with a view
If you are looking for proximity to nature and at the same time to the pulsating city, this is the right place.
Already from the window, you have a magnificent view over the expanse of the Freitaler Valley, a few minutes to the bus, which takes you to Dresden Central Station in less than 20 minutes if necessary, or to the Deuben regional station in less than 10 minutes. It is also just a few meters from the Windberg or the former route of the "Semmering Railway".
Tastefully and comfortably furnished, box spring beds for restful sleep and tranquility...

Individual and peaceful
We had a very nice stay. The flat is small but nice and equipped with everything you need. It is located in a very quiet and beautiful area of Freital.
Mrs Richter is very kind and friendly and makes a lot of effort to make the guest's stay as pleasant as possible
If you don't know Dresden and the surrounding area, Mrs Richter is the right person for insider knowledge (culture, events, museums or excursions)
We enjoyed our stay very much and thank her for the wonderful 4 days!

A relaxing weekend
A very nice stay in the holiday apartment! I was there in November with my girlfriend to explore beautiful Dresden. Everything you need is available on site. A room with a TV offers enough space for 2 people, the bathroom is small but nice. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes and appliances. The way to the bus stop is not far and you can reach Dresden in about 15 minutes. Everything was great. Thank you very much Mrs. Richter and greetings from Bremen. Der Parkplatz ist ein paar Meter entfernt war aber für uns auch ok !
Frau Richter hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen!
Schon aus dem Fenster ein herrlicher Ausblick über die Weite des Freitaler Tals, ein paar Minuten zum Bus, der bei Bedarf in weniger als 20 Minuten zum Hbf. Dresdens oder weniger als 10 Minuten zum Regionalbahnhof Deuben fährt, wenige Meter vom Windberg oder der Streckenführung der ehemaligen "Semmeringbahn", ist hier richtig.
Gediegen und komfortabel eingerichtet, Springboxbetten zum wohltuenden Erholungsschlaf und eine Ruhe...
Ob als "Schlafgast" im Rahmen eines Familienbesuches in der Umgebung, Dienstreisender, Erholungssuchender für einen erlebnisreichen Urlaub, die Adressse sollte man sich merken.
Und eine Gastgeberin, die es an Freundlichkeit und guten Tipps nicht missen lässt.
Frau Richter ist sehr lieb und freundlich und gibt sich sehr viel Mühe, um dem Gast den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten.
Sollte einer Dresden und die Umgebung nicht kennen, ist Frau Richter die Richtige, wenn es um's Insiderwissen (Kultur, Veranstaltungen, Museen oder Ausflugsziele) geht.
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und bedanken uns für die schönen 4 Tage!
Unser Auto hatte einen guten Stellplatz auch gleich in der Nähe.
Wohlfühlfaktor durch Einrichtung und Farbe top! Kind und Eltern haben sehr gut geschlafen.
Wenn wir uns wieder an der Grenze von Dresden aufhalten wollen, ist diese FeWo definitiv unsere erste Wahl!
Die FeWo ist mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet. Einziger Nachteil: Das Waschbecken im Bad ist recht klein, und der Platz davor doch recht beengt. Die Dusche heiß mit kräftigem Strahl. Im Bett konnten wir traumhaft schlafen.
Die Heizkörper sind mit digitalen Thermostaten versehen und leicht und individuell einzustellen.
Eigentlich waren wir hauptsächlich zum Sylvester- und Neujahrskonzert nach DD gekommen. Weil wir uns in der FeWo so wohl fühlten, haben wir noch um 2 Tage verlängert.
Parkmöglichkeiten nicht vorm Haus, aber ganz in der Nähe. Bushaltestelle und Bäcker ebenso.
Weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Ort oder halt in DD.
Zum Be- oder Entladen kann man allerdings die Einfahrt nutzen.
FeWo ideal geeignet für 1-2 Personen, evtl noch mit (Klein)Kind. Rauchfrei.
Die Unterkunft ist gemütlich, sauber-ordentlich und ist für 2-4 Personen top geeignet.
Ausstattung: modern gemütlich.
Preis-Leistung: angemessen und bezahlbar.
Service: sehr zuverlässig.
Lage: Ruhig dennoch gut angebunden.
Wir bedanken uns für die Zeit, inder wir die Unterkunft zu "unserer" haben konnten und uns auch daran zurück erinnern werden, da wir eine sehr lustige und tolle Zeit hatten.
In der Wohnung findet man umfangreiches Karten- und Informationsmaterial.
Die Dresdener Innenstadt ist sowohl sehr gut mit dem Auto und dem Fahrrad (auf dem Rückweg geht es etwas bergauf, ist aber nicht steil) zu erreichen (persönliche Erfahrungen). Mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln bin ich zwar nie in der Stadt gewesen, aber es gibt sowohl eine Bus- sowie eine S-Bahnhaltestelle in der Nähe.
Der Preis von 18,- Euro bzw. 20,- Euro pro Nacht für eine Person ist sehr günstig!
Einziger kleiner negativer Kritikpunkt von meiner Seite ist der fehlende Parkplatz am Haus (in der Nähe des Hauses sind aber zwei sichere, öffentliche Parkplätze, auf denen man immer einen Parkplatz bekommt).
Wir können diese Ferienwohnung auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!
Und für vier Personen gut ausreichend. Die Unternehmungen in der schönen Kulturstadt Dresden sind von hier aus auch gut ohne Auto möglich. Kurzum ein gutes Angebot.
